Welcome to Blue Bungalow located in the Lovely Gated Community of Emerald Shores - Miramar Beach - Destin Florida. This property boosts of 3 Bedrooms - 1 Bedroom is a Bunkroom and 2.5 Baths. All NEW FLOORING DEC 2017. Kitchen has brand new stainless appliances. Ice maker in refrigerator. It is fully equipped with coffeemaker, blender, slow cooker, toaster, dishes and cookware.

We offer both lower and upper porches which are screened with seating. A table on lower porch is great for having coffee or eating breakfast, lunch or dinner. Children can enjoy playing on the porch and still be supervised. Less threat of mosquitos. Ceiling fans on both porches.

Propane/charcoal grill outdoors.

Main Bath has double sinks, glassed in shower and jacuzzi tub. Hairdryer.

Main bedroom has three closets and plenty of drawer space to accommodate at least two families. Flat screen tv, cable.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed and has its own bath, closet and chest for clothing. Flat screen tv with cable and ceiling fan. Hair dryer.

Bunk room sleeps three. Has a trundle for third person.

Family room has queen sofa sleeper and two ceiling fans.

We do ask that no wet/sandy bathing suits on furniture including food/ drinks.

Gated subdivision is very private with tennis courts and two pools on the property (one always heated).Security is provided for the neighborhood.

Private beach access with a Pavilion building where ordering of food and drinks is possible. Restrooms also located at the pavilion There is a Tram provided by Emerald Shores neighborhood during peak times to provide guests transportation to and from the beach at certain hours during the day. However, it is only an easy 8 minute walk and house provides wagon for transporting coolers and other items to the beach. Umbrellas and lounge chairs can be rented at the beach. Emerald Shores is within 2 to 3 miles of Silver Sands Shopping Outlet, Destin Commons, golf courses and other activities.
