As you enter the old-world inspired private enclave of St. Tropez, you realize this is even better than you imagined. Ambience abounds with each uniquely built stained stucco home, with water fountains, lush tropical court yards, cobblestone paved street and walkways, gas lamps and the privacy you desire.
"High Tide" is an architectural masterpiece with coffered ceilings, tumbled travertine floors, rich red hardwood staircase, salon-style baths. Kitchen is a gourmet delight that even Emeril would love with granite counters, stainless appliances and sub-zero refrigerator.
"High Tide" is wonderfully located and looks out over the lagoon pool and spa. Sit in the large lanai in cushy furniture and watch your kids at the pool. You'll enjoy grilling out too on the new gas grill.
Living room is all glass on the west side with sliding glass pocket doors that open the entire corner of the living room to bring the lush tropical paradise inside.
Your family will appreciate the XBox in the kids room along with the CD player with surround sound in the living room. Both the king and queen bedrooms downstairs have DVD players.

Reviews for this vacation villa rental in Destin, Florida
July 28, 2015
I had a wonderful time with my family at house Monico. It was close to the beach and close to the pool. The house was clean and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was due to the Wifi service. It was very poor and in some of the rooms upstairs it wouldn't pick up. They need to upgrade to a new router or modem or perhaps both plus get an extender for the upstairs. Also some of the outlets did not work in the house. One was out in the master bedroom and in one of the other bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Also the microwave touchscreen didn't work sometimes so that also needs to be replaced since it is outdated. Other than those three things everything else was great. We will be renting again in hopes that the WiFi is fixed, all outlets work plus the microwave has been replaced. By the way Justin the property manager was awesome!
