Welcome to the beautiful beach villa Aphrodite! This elegant home has 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and sleeps up to 28 people and boasts 4,500 sq. ft. of living space with 800 sq. ft. of deck space. Aphrodite has an amazing, large observation deck off of the fourth story tower to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets. This home offers both a place for fun and relaxation. Aphrodite rests in the exclusive coastal community of Frangista Beach. This community off Scenic Hwy 98 is in the middle of tropical excitement with beach shops and shoreline restaurants are within walking distance. But, most importantly this home is just a 3 minute stroll to a private beach access. So guests will be able to get to the sugar white sands of the emerald coast and away from the crowd.

Before even entering the home the large 12x30 ft pool will lure guest into the crystal blue water. This pool area features a grilling station and lounge seating throughout. Protected by the courtyard stucco wall Aphrodite’s pool deck has provided the perfect setting for many family reunion cookouts and wedding receptions infamous for being held during the fall and springs nights on over twenty occasions; accommodating up to 40 guests.

Entering into the homes first floor is a cozy lounge and wet bar that is connected to the media room which features a large 60” TV and foosball table. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms two of them are queen suites each with their own personal TV and private bathrooms. One of the queen suites includes an additional bunk bed. Down the hall is a custom made bunkroom that sleeps 10. This room is perfect for teens and young adults.

Following the stairs to the second floor guests will be welcomed by a bright and roomy living space decorated in wonderful detail and beautiful mural. This cozy living room is both pleasing to the eye and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Near the living room is a full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of room to craft the perfect recipe. Beside the kitchen is the dining table and along with the adjacent breakfast bar everyone will have a place to sit. The second floor also holds two queen suites, each with their own personal TV and private bathroom.

Up to the third floor are three more bedrooms each with their own private bath and TV. The first room is a queen suite. The next two rooms are king suites and one of the king suites has a full sized master bath with a Jacuzzi style tub and an entrance to the balcony overlooking the pool.

The final staircase leads to the fourth story tower. This bright room has plenty of light streaming in from all over. The comfortable seating in this room includes a sleeper sofa. Two doors give access to the amazing view of the surrounding area and with balconies on every floor everyone is able to enjoy the warm gulf breeze and take in the beautiful sights of summer.

The neighborhood of Frangista Beach consists of mostly large homes where families come to vacation. It spans the equivalent of approximately 4 blocks. The neighborhood has a 400 yard private beach which you must have a code to access. This home is within walking distance of a coffee shop, deli, Dairy Queen, a beach gear shop and local favorite beach front seafood restaurants, Pompano Joe's and Whales Tale. Frangista Beach is also home to Emerald Coast Wine Cellars where you can sample and purchase wines made exclusively in Florida. A large Winn-Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles to the east and beside it you will find the largest designer outlet mall in the Southeast, Silver Sands Premium Outlet. Frangista Beach has a rich history that began when a family from Greece built a small motel and, subsequently, a little white Synagogue (which still stands to this day). Many brides are married on the Frangista Beach and use the picturesque chapel for photographs. After visiting this neighborhood, you will understand why so many families choose to return year after year.



*This home requires Sunday to Sunday rentals during our Summer Season.

*From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $300/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2016 months. This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Summer Season begins on May 14, 2016 and ends August 12, 2016
