Emerald Shoals Unit 17D is an ocean-block town-home located on Van Dyke Street in Dewey Beach. This town-home is a three-story unit, and has two bedrooms that share a bath on the first floor. The spacious living, kitchen and dining room are located on the second floor, along with a half-bath. On the third floor, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite.

Find yourself wanting outdoor space? This property offers plenty of it! On the second floor, guests can access a screened-in porch. Alternatively, there is an open deck on the third floor, which has access to the roof-top deck. From the roof top deck, guests will be able to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Getting here

From our office head South on Rt 1. Dewey Beach is approximately 4 miles South. Continue heading South through Dewey, at Collins Street make a U-Turn and head 1 street North to Van Dyke St. The condo is located on the Left. The parking for the condo is behind the building. To get to the parking area you will need to turn behind the condo complex (Neptune’s Cove).
