Immaculately presented Grade II listed waterfront retreat in Dittisham, that sleeps four people in two en suite double bedrooms.Berry Cottage is an immaculately presented Grade II listed waterfront retreat in an idyllic and picturesque location on the quayside in Dittisham, boasting stunning and uninterrupted views across the River Dart. The property has two en suite double bedrooms, accommodating up to four people (children over 5 years old only). There is also a charming living/dining area with wood-burning stove and an elegantly crafted kitchen, plus guests enjoy complimentary Dart Marina Health Spa membership. Outside there are two rear terrace/decking areas, with views over the River Dart. This riverside property provides fabulous accommodation for a couple or group of friends, looking for a charming cottage in a beautiful location.

Amenities: Feature fireplace and wood-burning stove. TV/DVD.

The dining room includes Bose iPod dock.

Four-ring induction hob, integrated electric and microwave ovens, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

Whilst there is no allocated parking at the cottage, spaces can usually be found on 'The Ham' nearby (approx 100m), or on 'The Level' at the top of the village.

Wireless broadband internet available, and telephone for local and incoming calls (limited mobile coverage).

Strictly no smoking.

One small, well-behaved (and well-managed!) dog is welcome.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa in Dartmouth, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Nestled in a tranquil location on the edge of the River Dart, the waterside village of Dittisham is just a 10 minute drive (or 30 minute river cruise via the small passenger ferry) from the historic naval town of Dartmouth, where visitors can enjoy boutique shops and galleries, award-winning restaurants and the picturesque waterfront. The peaceful waterside village of Dittisham boasts two pubs, including the Ferry Boat Inn, plus the popular Anchorstone Café, serving freshly caught seafood. In addition to this there is a convenient shop/post office. Greenway House, the former holiday home of Agatha Christie now owned by the National Trust, is a short ferry side away from Dittisham quay. The Blue Flag awarded beach at Blackpool Sands and the stunning Start Bay coastline are just a 20 minute drive away.
