This two storey, detached accommodation rests within the small crofting hamlet of Camusluinie near Dornie and sleeps up to six persons in three bedrooms.

Rocky Mountain View is a detached two-floor property resting within the small hamlet of Camusluinie on the spectacular West coast in the Highlands of Scotland. It houses three spacious bedrooms sleeping six guests in total, comprising of two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, basin and WC on first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. Additional rooms include a spacious living room. An extensively equipped kitchen, dining area with decked outdoor space. Outside of the property you will find off-road parking and an enclosed, spacious garden. Rocky Mountain View is a wonderful base for anyone to explore the beautiful west coast and surrounding areas. Mountains, lochs, historic castles, beaches, scenery and wildlife. Island hopping or just to relax and be immersed in this quite, remote experience that this cottage has to offer.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 miles, Pub 8 miles. Please note that there is no mobile reception in the glen (although 4G signal is available in Dornie and there is wi-fi/broadband in the cottage). Note: Free Wifi is limited to 3.5 g per week

Town: The picturesque village of Dornie sits amidst the stunning West Highland countryside, just nine miles from the bustling village of Kyle of Lochalsh. The village itself, a walker’s paradise, offers good amenities including a village shop, a local pub and numerous walking and cycling opportunities, with stunning views of the coastline and mountainous regions beyond to be enjoyed. Nearby Kyle of Lochalsh, known as the gateway to the Isle of Skye, offers a range of shops, hotels and restaurants and boasts a busy harbour that plays host to a variety of cargo, fishing and occasional passenger vessels. Nearby Eilean Donan Castle, one of Scotland's most famous and popular sights, is perched at the end of a stone causeway on the shores of Loch Duich, whilst further south is the Glenelg Peninsula, a tranquil backwater, which is beautiful, remote and relatively undiscovered. An easy drive north of Kyle is the charming village of Plockton, famous for its palm trees, yacht-filled bay and Highland cattle which wander the streets! Alternatively, cross the Skye Bridge to Skye itself and explore all that the mystical Isle has to offer.
