This magnificent coastal detached property has 3 large double bedrooms, 1 en suite and a master bedroom en suite with walk in wardrobes and a floor to ceiling window that engages with the stunning sea views.
The large entrance hallway with W.C steps on to porcelain marble flooring which continues through the downstairs into an open plan kitchen/dining/ TV sitting area which flows through double glazed doors into the south facing rear garden with a delightful patio and spectacular sea views.
The country style kitchen with marble centre island has all modern appliances, Plasma TV and separate utility room with washer and dryer.
There is also a large comfortable sitting room with mounted Plasma TV to the front with dark wooden floors & feature fireplace.

The property has a large driveway with room for 4 cars, electric gates with intercom, underfloor heating, thermostats in all rooms, Cat5e points at every socket,

A wonderful spot for relaxation on a late summers afternoon, with occasional glimpses of foxes and badgers at night time and the beautiful array of birds in the bay at daytime. There are beautiful views south to the Dublin Mountains, Howth, St Ann’s and Royal Dublin Golf courses. This 2,600sqFt house was built in 2007, and comes with plenty of parking. It’s has 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, a large main bathroom and a large WC.

The Neighbourhood is quite. Ideally located on the edge of Dublin Bay, this property offers stunning sea views with breath taking walks of Dublin Bay. St Anne's Park and Dollymount Beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Howth Village is a 5 minute drive where you will find an abundance of seafood restaurants, cafes, bars, a local market and some of the best coastal walks in Ireland. The house is also close to Raheny, Malahide and Portmarnock villages. Raheny and Malahide offers lively music every night as well a great selection of restaurants and bars. Walk on the beautiful sea front in 2minutes, and with plenty of beaches close by. Walk 8minutes along the seafront to the beautiful St Ann's Park. We are surrounded by stunning Golf courses 5min drive to both St Ann's Golf course or Royal Dublin Golf course or 8min drive the world renowned Portmarnock Links course. Take a bike ride around Dublin Bay and it's 27km of beautiful coastline. Visit Malahide, Clontarf and many other castles in the area.

Getting Around

This area is well serviced by bus routes into the City Centre and there is a Dart Station just a 10 minute walk away in Raheny Village. Howth Road/Dublin Bay
The House It 6.8km or 16minutes by bus ride to Centre of the lively City of Dublin. With fantastic tours, Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants, Museums and so much more to see in our great city, that is over a 1,000-year-old. The bus ride into the City is €2.80, the bus stop is 35mtr or 100ft from the house, and buses average every 12minutes (Free transport timetable APP). A Taxi for 4 people into the down town Dublin is €18.00 or €25 for 8 people. The train is 900mtr. Major supermarket is 5 minutes’ walk. Howth village 8minute 31b bus. Dublin Airport 11km and 16minutes by Taxi that is less than €20.00 for 4 people. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the Airport, train station or Ferry Port.
