Description of the Dunbar vacation home rental
Our home is a large custom built log home on a private 80 acre wooded setting in northern Wisconsin. On site trails offer immediate access for hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, and ATVing. Hunting is also allowed on the property where turkey and deer are abundant.

This is a two level home with ample space for living and sleeping. Both levels offer floor to ceiling fieldstone wood burning fireplaces, beauty of full logs and comfortable furniture to relax, read a book or watch DVDs.

The main living area is complete with a full kitchen including all major appliances and expected utensils and cookware. The lower level provides a kitchenette including a sink, ample countertops and a stove.

There is a large parking area in front of the home and huge garage to accommodate multiple vehicles and trailers. Gasoline for your boat, ATV or snowmobile is less than two miles away.

Our log home is located less than 8 miles from Hwy 141 and less than 2 miles from Hwy 8. Pet friendly with landlords permission and security deposit for pet.

Our home is located in Marinette County which has abundant lakes, waterfalls, parks, rivers, and trails allowing snowmobiling, hiking, hunting, fishing, ATVing, kayaking and cross country skiing. We are in close proximity to the beautiful Menomonee River, near Piers Gorge and less than 20 miles from Upper Michigan's downhill ski areas and ski jumping.
