“Wonderful country vacation”
What a wonderful property. Our hosts accommodated all our needs and were so wonderful! We enjoyed the privacy while being a stone throw away from town....wish we could have stayed forever. Will be making our plans for summer of 2014 for sure!
Owner's reply: Thank you and we look forward to your return visit.
“Affordable roomy space to stay!”
My husband and myself and our 3 yr old stayed here while visiting our grandparents who are in Orchard Park, NY. The owners were quite friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We opted out of staying at a hotel for this place because of our 3 yr old he had a whole house to roam and it was great having a yard for him to play in, something you don't get with a hotel. Thought the kitchen stocked with all of our cooking and tableware needs was fantastic, and can't beat having a washing machine just right down the stairs. Loved the quietness of the area. The only downfalls were it was warm out and well there was no A/C but the fans provided served there purpose of cooling the place down, the master bed was firmer then my liking. But all in all the place was great and we will for sure be hoping to stay there in the future!
“vacation property near Emery Park, South Wales, NY”
If you are going to a wedding at Emery Park, this is the place to stay, lots of room, quiet, clean, comfortable. A bargain.
“Cozy and comfortable”
House is charming, clean, and cozy. Owner was very attentive to our needs and flexible with our travel plans. Four adults stayed to attend a wedding at The Roycroft Inn about 5 minutes away. House nicely located to Buffalo and Niagra Falls. East Aurora very charming town. Nice back porch overlooking lovely backyard with creek. House is older but offers basic needs at reasonable rates. Beds were firm and comfortable. Bed linens good; towels could use replacing but adequate. Basic condiments in kitchen were appreciated.
The grounds at this rental are really beautiful! It is very quiet and well-appointed. I stayed there with my children and we were all comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and since we stayed for an extended time, we got to know him a little bit. Frank is a good person. You will not be disappointed!
We rented this property in order to be near our children at Christmas. When we arrived, we found a small artificial tree beautifully decorated for us, and other Christmas touches, placed around the house. There was everything we needed to make our dinner, including a roasting pan, crock pot, and, cookie sheets. Clean, warm and, comfortable, with pleasing color schemes; we were quite happy. In the country, but, just a few miles from town, we found the setting beautiful and convenient.
“great house and owner”
Loved this cottage. Rooms were big and yard was large. Very clean and comfortable. Loved that he has some tea and coffee and cream there for us to use. Bed and pillow were so comforatble.
“A step back in time”
East Aurora was everything we wanted and more. I was plesantly surprised by all the little niceities that were left for us to enjoy. Just a short drive to Niagra, Letchworth Park, AAA Baseball and gorgeous views.
“Perfect for Us”
This lovely renovated floor of a two-story home was a perfect "home base" for my family while we visited East Aurora. It is a short drive from the town, and it easily accommodated two couples. The home is steps away from the Old Orchard Inn. We didn't visit the restaurant this trip, but we loved it when we went there for my cousin's wedding reception. The owners of the cottage were extremely helpful and eager to please. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable home away from home for your visit. East Aurora's main road was under construction during our stay, but there was plenty of parking available for us to park and then explore the village on foot.
