This single level home offers the ideal location for your next getaway. Explore the local area, stroll to the beach for shell collecting and views of Martha's Vineyard across the Vineyard Sound, head up to Smitty's homemade ice cream, Cape Cod Winery or Bad Martha Farmers Brewery, all within 5 minutes drive. Further afield, drive down to Woods Hole and hop on the ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

Enter the foyer and you will discover the living room and majority of the home to the left and the master bedroom suite with attached bathroom including a bathtub and separate shower as well as a bonus room with twin bed and full laundry to your right, providing an element of privacy. Walk though the beautiful, light living room with vaulted ceilings and you will find a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower and a bunk room with a full bed and two twins. This bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combo.
