Reviews for this vacation home rental in East Falmouth, Massachusetts
August 18, 2010
My wife and I rented this cape house for our one year anniversary, and really had a wonderful vacation. The home is a classic Cape house with a lot of charm, and we found it to be a good location that was close to the water while still offering fairly easy access to local stores. The owner has compiled a personal guide to the area that is available at the house, and it includes a variety of restaurant recommendations, which we found to be a nice benefit. The home also has a deck that overlooks a quiet and relatively private back yard, and this was a great place for enjoying a relaxing meal together. The bed was a little small for two people (more like a full size or double), and it did get a little warm some nights with no AC or fan in the bedroom. However, overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic piece of Cape Cod.

Charming, Comfortable, Authentic New England home. Lots of room, even a rec room in the basement! Huge yard, great deck, very close to the beach yet in a quiet private neighborhood. Well equipped full kitchen-you'll never have that at a hotel! I highly recommend this property.
