Perfect for a family of 4 :-)

We liked this house a lot! It was exactly the right size for our family of 4. When we booked the house we thought it was on Nauset Road (not Nauset Heights Road) which would have made it substantially closer to the beach. The location was a little disappointing but nevertheless it was doable. My daughter has severe animal allergies and the listing agent told us that there were no pets in the home. We had to give her allergy medicine everyday and couldn't understand why. When searching for a fan one day we stumbled upon a dog bowl. Hmmmm .... The bedroom with the twin beds could definitely stand to have the carpet removed. There was a little bit of a musty smell to that room. Otherwise, the home is well maintained and had everything we were looking for.

Lynn's Review of 38 NHR

We absolutely loved the home and the location. The decorating was so tasteful and so "cape." The accommodations were ideal. We loved all of the conveniences including the spacious outdoor shower, the well equipped kitchen, the extremely comfortable master bedroom, and the 15 minute walk to Nauset Beach. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to pull up or replace the carpet in the bedroom with the two twin beds. It did have an odor which was noticeable when going to bed. Overall, we loved it and want to stay repeatedly.
