Description from owner

Coastal Breeze is located on 85 Lupin Way, and the perfect choice has never been easier.

The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children less than two miles away from both the National Seashore (i.e., Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach) and bay side beaches.

The spacious seven room layout has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out in the house.

On the first floor, there are two queen size bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful, sunny, open family room.

The second floor holds two more bedrooms with a full bath, twin beds, bunk beds and a queen bed.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, and a gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

All furnishings are “make yourself at home” comfortable.

“Comfy home with lots of space on a quiet street”

Reviewed 13 Jul 2016

We stayed at the SummerBreeze home this summer and enjoyed everything it had to offer. There is plenty of space and the house is close to Rt. 6 while also being on a quiet, dead-end street. It provided great access to the local beachs, restaurants and to Provincetown and provided good value for the price.
