4BR / 3BA - (1K, Q, D, 3S) - Sleeps 9 - This beachfront home has spectacular views of the St Helena Sound and nearby islands. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the sunroom or the great deck areas! Located at the end of Yacht Club Rd with its own boardwalk to the Sound beach. You will enter the home into a short hallway that leads to the living space. The living area, dining, and kitchen are all open to each other and are joined by a wonderful sunroom surrounded by windows. There is also a wet bar between the sunroom and living room. A wrap around deck is accessed from either the living or dining areas. A dining table, as well as rocking chairs and loungers are available for enjoying this outside space. To the left of the living room is the master bedroom. There is a king size bed, TV, and large private bath with a tub, separate shower, and 2 sink vanity. This bedroom has wonderful beach views and opens onto the deck facing the Sound. To the left of the entryway is a short hallway leading to a 2nd bedroom on this floor, as well as a full hall bath(shower only) and laundry area. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV. A staircase from the living room leads to a landing on the second floor. There is a daybed in this area. You can access a small deck facing Yacht Club Rd from this landing as well as stairs leading to a look out deck facing the Sound beach. A bedroom to the left of the landing has a single and a double bed. The bedroom to the right has 2 twin beds. This room opens onto a small side deck with views of the Sound. Both bedrooms have a TV. A hall bath( tub/shower) is also on this floor.

“Accurate on location description, indoor need much cleaning”

We chose this house because of it being on the beach and pet friendly. The description of the location was certainly accurate. The number of bedroom etc also was accurate. However, we arrived to much disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the house including but not limited to: old stained carpets, moldy shower curtain, rusty bathroom sink drain, old worn sectional we are covering with sheets. We had to do a major cleaning and wash a bed spread, wash dishes including very dusty wine glasses before we could settle in. The chairs on the deck have a fabulous view of the water, but they are dirty and moldy, the beautiful walkway to the beach is in need of repair. Again, great views, lovely sun room, but in need of much much better cleaning and new carpets, at least. This level of inattention does not fit the level of property and the cost.
