4BR / 3BA - Sleeps 10 - 3Q, Bunk - What a perfect location - within walking distance to the Edisto Marina and a short bike ride to the nearest beach access. The first two floors of this townhouse have everything you will need for a perfect Edisto vacation. (top floor is reserved for owner use only). This home is perfect for the boater in your family with a shared private walkway to a private dock just for your boat. The elevator (fee) or stair access is found in the ground level garage. From there you can take the elevator or the stairs to the 1st floor Great Room. The Great Room is surrounded by windows with views of Big Bay Creek, there is even a covered deck to enjoy the sunsets. The 1st Bedroom (Bunk) with hall bath are on the main floor. You can take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor with 3 other bedrooms - each with a queen and TV. There is a covered deck access from the Master Bedroom.

The parking area is shared by all the owners so parking is limited next to the building. Please remember No Pets, No Smoking, No Bed or Bath Linens. Will rent for shorter stays from September to May - Call Edisto Realty for information. The dock is slips for all the homes in the Village Court community with a designated spot for your boat. The homeowner maintains the top floor for personal use only and does not rent.
