Very Nice Stay

December 30, 2014

The Sunflower condo was exactly what we were looking for. Proximity to the beach, ability to see the kids from the deck was worth the slightly higher rate for our needs (plus the view). Nicely decorated throughout, kitchen had most of what we needed for eating in -- coffee maker, blender, pots, utensils, etc... Rooms were spacious and easily fit our 3 adults and 3 kids. We made use of the in-unit washer and dryer. Elevator was good for luggage and groceries, but the stairs were easy for normal in-and-out. Underneath parking was super convenient. Overall great location, less crowded beach (almost private), but easy walk to public beach, bars, restaurants and gift shop. Howard's on the mainland was a great meal. No pool, but weather was good and we didn't miss it; Wi-Fi and TV in each room were nice features (slow Wi-Fi) but most of our time was spent on the beach or deck. Easy drive from Tampa airport (watch your speed, there were several State Troopers along the way). We will be back.

The unit and accomodations were excellant but the weather did not cooperate. Had to drive to south Florida to escape "winter". Price was right. Overall a positive stay.
