Had a great stay. Clean and spacious. Great for a family of six with young children. Would definitely stay here again.
“Great house tucked away in Eugene! Close to UO.”
Stayed in this property with my family and this house had most of our needs. Plenty of amenities so all you have to do is grocery shop and cook. Was very clean when we got there. Property manager came by and introduced hisself was very nice. Unfortunately, we came during the record breaking heat for that week and the lack of A/C put a damper on our level of comfort. Other than that was very happy with the house. Would recommend it for sure.
This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It worked out very well for our needs. Nice touch having fresh flowers on the kitchen table. It has lots of space so we never felt camped or on top of each other. Will stay there again.
For the space and location this is a great value. For a family of six visiting family this was great. The renter was very easy to work with. We would stay here again.
“Great price, lots of space”
We enjoyed our stay at the house. For the rental fee and the amount of space, it's a great deal! We had seven staying there and didn't feel cramped. Brian (the property manager) checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well and had found everything we needed. Jen B
We got there, everything was as we expected. Clean and comfortable. Lots of space and well equipped. Close to everything. Maybe have a map with a suggested routes to Autzen. Highly recommend.
“Eugene oregon home”
We were in Eugene visiting family for a wedding and the house on Tyler street worked great for us. It was clean and very roomy. It reminded me of my grandparents house, in a good way. It was homey, nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. The house is in a great neighborhood and was close to town. It was very easy to get the keys and get right in once we got into Eugene. I liked that there was a washer and dryer also. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!
“perfect for what we needed”
what you see is what you get. house perfect for four adults and one two year old. nothing of much value to consider with a child around. backyard for play, even some running thru the sprinklers. house adequately equipped and everything working. some cotton sheets would be nice for the hot weather but we will go back next year. both owner and property manager good to work with.
Enjoyed our stay visiting with our grandbaby. The house is a little dated but that's ok to us. It provided plenty of room for all the family. We did not feel like we were in each others way. Great neighborhood for taking baby for a stroller ride. Nice park only 1 block away. Albertson Grocery within walking distance. Only negatives of our stay would be that the kitchen could have used a more thorough cleaning when we got there and a new matress on some of the beds would be great. I would definitely stay here again. The owner and manager were super nice and cooperative
Owner's reply: Thank you for staying! Your timing was just a week off cause we just got new mattresses. Thanks again!
Visted Eugene for our daughhters graduation and couldn't be happier with our stay. Large kitchen and backyard worked out great for the celebration with family and friends. Home is close to stores, hiking and a park on the other side of the block where we could take the dawgs.
