Description of the Eureka Springs vacation home rental
Your own private suite located at the end of a ridge overlooking Pristine Beaver Lake. This well appointed suite offers two bedrooms, both with flat screen TV's and their own exit to a 500 sq. ft. deck sporting a six person hot tub and a great view, and two four person tables. An exterior stairs leads to an upper deck with even better view and another table and deck chairs. If you want to grille, you can choose charcoal or gas grill. Inside there are bedding choices. Bedroom 1 can be set up with two twin beds, or a king maker can transform them into a king size bed, and has a leather love seat. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, glass top table, and arm chair. Both bedrooms have closets with fans for those who must have "white noise". The coffee corner and gallery hall provide a nice spot for a morning brew, and entrance to the very clean bathroom, with shower, vanity, and high boy toilet. The suite is not set up for full blown cooking, but does have a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Dishes and bowels (both paper and glass) flat ware, glasses, coffee filters, salt and pepper, and coffee cups are provided.
Outside the quiet is deafening, with no traffic noise, only wild life and birds attracted by their feeder. Looking down on the forest floor below you are most likely to see deer, raccoon, opossum, squirrels, fox, and a countless number of birds. Who knows, maybe even Big Foot. Starkey Marina is just around the corner, for boat rentals such as fishing boats, pontoons, and paddle boards. In the other direction is the White River, with trout fishing and canoeing. Hiking trails abound, with trails for all levels of hikers. Lake Leatherwood is close by, and Eureka Springs is only a 15 minute drive. Your host (Jack) has lived here for years and can recommend the best restaurants, and places to go and see. There is the new zip line ride, a wild animal refuge, The Great Passion Play, go carts, mopeds, and the shops are unique beyond description. Jack even offers a tour of this magic little town. All in all, if you have never been to Eureka Springs Arkansas, you will be in for a real treat, when you stay at Jack's place.

Area Information
Flat land is a rarity here in the heart of the Ozark mountains, the oldest mountain range in America. Forget about your electronic devices, nature will give you a magical experience you will never forget. From the suite you overlook Beaver Lake, one of the most pristine lakes in America, so clear that when wading, you can look down and see your feet. The background is tree covered mountains, and because Jack's place faces west, there is nothing like a sun set from the hot tub. Jack will turn you on to some great hiking and in summer, some great swimming spots. Paved roads lead to the suite, but beware of driving early in the morning and late afternoon, because the deer are everywhere. This area is a get-a-way from the hustle of the city, and because life style is the goal here, you are going to meet some of the most friendly people you have ever met. We look forward to sharing our paradise.

Jack is pretty much a native, but a local for sure. He came to Eureka Springs in 1972 as a hippie and knew immediately he had found what he was looking for. Funny isn't it, that the meaning of "Eureka" is "I have found it". Jack has owned a shop and a restaurant in Eureka, and was one of the seven...
