Beautiful snowy hideaway

December 30, 2012

We spent two days skiing at snowbowl and staying at this house. It was beautiful and fully equipped. It was a 45 min drive to snowbowl which isn't too bad. The house had a beautiful fireplace, big beds with clean linens. The hot water is really hot, it had lots of equipment for summer or winter fun (bikes, a bike trailer, and sleds). It was beautiful and clean, it had plenty of space and I liked that it felt like people lived there (not too much). There is no wireless, which was a bummer since I hoped to watch netflix. This is a bit of a rambling review.

Nice place - almost like home

August 9, 2012

This townhouse is perfect for four to six people. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining. Especially the kitchen. There was never an occasion that we could not find a utensil or 'gaget' that we needed! The location is a little close to the highway, but for the most part it wasn't an issue for us or our guests. It's only minutes to downtown and a bike ride to Country Club golf course area. The owners are very nice and very accommodating. I would highly recommend renting this unit or the sister unit two doors down.

Owner's reply:

Thank you Angela, for the nice review. We are glad you were comfortable in this town home. That is our goal. Thank you for taking such nice care of it and we would look forward to seeing you back any time.

Among the Pines

August 2, 2011

Our month in a Flagstaff townhouse was an ideal change from the very hot weather in Tucson at this time of the year. Initially, we were concerned when we learned that this townhouse, like most in Flag, is not air conditioned, but we managed to stay comfortable with ceiling fans and open windows. The owners are friendly and competent and took care of our every need. We especially enjoyed the decor, which was of professional quality and includes many lovely prints and photographs. The appliances work well and the marble floor tiles and granite counter tops are easy-care.
