Experience resort style living in this modern, state of the art, 1600 sq ft condo. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers you a split floor plan. The full sized gourmet kitchen is complete with all your cooking needs and expertly crafted with Italian designed cabinetry. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, with seating for 4 at modern dining table. The living room not only offers you comfort, but beautiful views as well with access to the terrace. 

Each of the King bedrooms is designed with luxury in mind. The rooms capture the essence of the beach with Azure ocean themes bringing those coastal waterways into the home! The Master king suite has a contemporary, spa like bathroom with whirlpool tub, walk in shower and access to the furnished balconies to enjoy those stunning views. The Guest king bedroom has its own private bathroom as well with walk in shower and closet. 

 Enjoy fabulous amenities held within the resort, TWO heated pools (1 hotel-side, 1 residence side), hot tub, cabanas with food and beverage service, fitness center, spa, and two on-site restaurants. Required Fees: There are fee's associated with staying within the W Residence that must be paid directly to the hotel/condo at check in.

Parking-  Parking- Parking fee of $42+ tax per vehicle per day is required when parking at the W Residence. This is a valet service. Uber and other public transportation is offered throughout the city. ***Parking in the garage is not allowed to any rental tenant.***

Resort Fee- $37 per day. This fee is to be paid directly to the W Residence upon guest check in. The Fee is non-negotiable and regulated by the hotel. However, this fee does provide the following services throughout your stay:

* Beach Chair Service ( 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

* Beach Towels

* 2 Water bottles at the beach

* 2 Bike Rentals for 2 Hours

You can either email us at our office email or give us a call! We are open 7 days a week with someone in office daily from 9am to 5pm central time. Dates that the office is closed for holidays : New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. We do have an emergency number and 2 members of staff on call during our holidays.
