Location, location, location. Three bedroom plus office townhouse fully furnished, has two full baths and three half baths.

Enter house on first level and you have the garage, half bath and stairs leading to lower level boat garage, stairs and private elevator leading to second floor with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Covered balconies off two bedrooms. Continue up on the private elevator or stairs to the living room, office, kitchen and 30 x 40 deck with patio furniture, fire pit grill and more. This level also has half bath.

The townhouse complex consist of 7 units and has a common swimming pool with a guest dock. This property is used by the owner often and has all the toys including 7 bicycles, pool/beach toys and a 38' Bertram Sportfishing boat available for hire with Captain.

Area Information
Location, location, location. Townhouse is located just over the 17th Streat Causway across from Hyatt Pier Sixty Six. It is on the intercoast with no bridge to Port Everglades cut. Just a short bicycle or car ride to Ft. Lauderdale Beach.

Boat are also available across the street at Pier Sixty Six. You can rent a 24' boat with an outboard engine and go out by yourself.
