Not what we expected

February 26, 2015

This property looked nothing like the picture represented. The unit was sparsely furnished with IKEA furniture (wasn't even enough furniture for everyone to sit down), everything was white, the windows didn't close all the way, and you had to go to another property to get the key to the workout room. Too bad they didn't spend the extra money when renovating because it has potential. The location of was good. 2 blocks from the beach, lots of shopping and restraunts nearby. Just be sure you actually get the unit you signed up for.

Good Place for a Vacation!

July 9, 2014

The location and the amenities of the Villa was perfect for our needs. A place where we could enjoy relaxing with our pets and entertaining with our friends and family. A little more improvements to the tile floor, cabinets and kitchen furnishings are needed to make it a really great place. We will definitely consider a return visit in the future.

No bugs

Recently remodeled and updated is not close. Ftom the pink tub and oven to the green tile. Unmatched paint, non working washers and non heated pool. There was a red velvet sofa that had a pull out trundle in the living room,, not working but who would want to sleep on it? The TV's were there along with a king bed and 2 queen beds in the other room. I would keep looking of I were you and considering this property. You are 2 blocks from the beach. That was a positive. Kitchen set up was disappointing dishes for 4. Make a trip to the store they don't even furnish toilet paper.

Sisters Vacation

April 4, 2014

We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in Fort Lauderdale. Shopping And more shopping. The location of the lovely home was perfect. We ate at different restaurants every evening. Isles Casino was great and not far from the house. We enjoy going To different places each year but we might change our minds. All 5 sisters give this home 5 stars. Thank you for everything.

Disappointed with external areas

March 18, 2014

We felt the villa complex required a lot of loving care and money spending to update especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The external area around the grill was unkempt with the washing machine and dryer outside. There is no longer a gazebo as shown in the photographs leaving seating which needs replacing. We did contact the owner to voice our disappointment and were told we were the first to ever complain! He has stated that he will look at improving the outside for future guests, I hope he does as the proximity to the beach makes it a perfect position for a holiday.

Don't be fooled by the description.

The only thing new is the furniture. The place is not newly remodeled it is old and run down. Our room had missing floor tiles, broken doors and door knobs, stained linens, an outlet hanging out of the wall. The kitchen had broken dirty cabinets with dead bugs on shelves. About the only thing good was the location.

Hotel is very nice but this apartment is old and out dated... It needs lots of repairs and renovations. I would start with dusting vents and replacing the dertiest carpet I have ever seen. Some furniture is missing knobs, beds are stiffed, and there is a moldy smell in apartment. Furniture is from 70s so you feel like your in the 70. Service in the hotel is great. View is partial ocean and is ok. Furniture is very very old in the room. Pools are clean. However I would not recommend this apartment for this price but I would recommend the hotel... The room 1410 also has refrigerator issues as well as an issue in the bathroom shower. Like I mentioned it needs a lot of updating and maintance but the hotel is nice.
