Fully equipped kitchen with 4 new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar. Living room has full-size hide-a-bed sofa, 46 inch LED HDTV with 160 channel lineup. Secure Wi-fi included. Whisper quiet, mini-split Air conditioners in bedroom and living room with separate temperature controls in addition to remote control ceiling fans and lights. Upscale contemporary bathroom.

Condo is 5 minutes from the world famous Fort Lauderdale Beach 3 minutes from the upscale Galleria shopping and 10 minutes from Las Olas shopping and dining district.

Great vacation

We stayed 2 months at this rental and had a great time. It was clean and I was so impressed that there were NO bugs seen ever! Everything was updated and new. Very nice, Greg was there to greet us when we arrived and when we left. No problems what so ever. Just wish we would have stayed longer!

We're a family with two children (age 17 and 22) and we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very clean, modern and it provided us everything we needed during our holiday. The owner Greg is a very nice man and it is very easy to contact him if you have any questions. Would recommend this to friends and visit it again!

Nice Place to Stay

I stayed here for 10 days in April 2014. The unit was newly renovated so everything was clean and brand new. I recommended staying here for anyone who wants to be mins. from Ft. Lauderdale beach. The gentleman who owns the unit is very easy to deal with and would book here again anytime.

A quiet haven in South Florida

I found this property while still out in California traveling with my job. I had never done this before and had no idea what it would be like...needless to say I was very hesitant to make financial commitments to something I had never personally laid eyes on! The landlord for this property was wonderful to say the least...he understood my apprehension, took extra measures to set my mind at ease, and was prompt and professional throughout my 2 month stay in his unit. The apartment is beautiful- completely renovated with sleek modern appliances and features- and is in an awesome neighborhood (Coral Ridge) of Fort Lauderdale, really close to the beach, shopping, dining, and is VERY safe. Miami is only 45 minutes by I-95 so it's not far if you want the culture and speed of a big city for your vacation on some days. The bed sleeps great, the kitchen has just about everything you could need, and the bath is luxurious despite the size. This is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, or whatever you need a quiet space for!

I had the great pleasure of staying in this unit for 12 days, starting at the end of December, 2012. The pictures do tell the story of this immaculate unit. It was a great find, and I intend on using it on all of my trips to that area when it is available. It is in a very quiet neighborhood just off of Sunrise Blvd. The area is very convenient to downtown Ft. Lauderdale and the beaches. The area offers many great places to eat. One of our favorites is The Canyon Cafe, which is very close by. The unit is very well stocked, and just recently remodeled, so it is very modern. The owner has other similar units in the complex which I have also seen, and I would also recommend those units as well. The owner is very easy to work with and very helpful. I cautiously highly recommend this place, only in that I want it to be available for me!! It is a must stay at if you are looking for a quiet, clean and modern place that is worth every dollar.

I relocated from Texas for work and my company worked with the manager of this property for me to stay, I was very happy to have had such a great apartment in a great location. I stayed at this property for a total of 9 weeks, 7 weeks in this unit and 2 weeks in a larger unit once my family arrived. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to have a newly renovated and clean apartment that is set up with everything a person needs to live. Its close to everything shopping, beaches and downtown Ft Lauderdale. The owner/manager was wonderful to work with and I would rate the property as an A+++.

The Perfect Location

This property was an excellent find, pictures really do tell the story. A tidy little one bedroom apartment that was extremely well refurbished which I rented for 2 weeks, everything you need to relax and enjoy Ft Lauderdale. A quiet and peaceful block in a great neighborhood, an extensive walk or a very short car ride to all amenities, the supermarket down the road, tonnes of restaurants in a 3 mile radius and some of the nicest beaches in South Florida. I hope to stay here again one day if I get the chance to come back to Florida.

Glad you liked the apartment and the renovations. During construction, there were times when I thought it would never be finished, but when it finally was, I was thrilled with the result. You're right about the neighborhood - it's wonderful, peaceful and so close to everything including the beach. Hope you can make it all the way back from Sydney some time !

My husband and I -- along with our golden retriever -- stayed in the apartment for three weeks and had a super time. The apartment complex is a small, funky, old-style Florida building. The property is very well maintained. The unit was immaculate, elegantly renovated and tastefully well-equipped. The neighbourhood is fabulous and friendly. Location is superb with restaurants, shopping, parks and the water close by. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner, who is helpful, honest, accommodating. The apartment can be used as a vacation rental (although there is no pool or patio area) and it is ideally-suited for a long-term stay.

the apartment is conveniently located near many points of interest in the area. It was well-appointed and neat. I felt safe at all times and the neighborhood is quiet. I would recommend this place highly to others without reservation. the owner was present & helpful with info about sights to see,etc.

This rental was exactly as described on the site. The property was very clean and everything was ready for my arrival. The rental has been remodeled recently and is very,very nice. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping, access to I95, and lots of great restaurants. I would definitely rent this property again or recommend it to family and friends!

This property is amazing. Where should I begin?! I recently stayed there for over a month and it was absolutely perfect. The apartment itself is beautiful, extremely neat and clean, as well as very modern. All the appliances are brand new, it has a great bed, excellent tv, and a great bathroom. I felt so comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. I really didn't want to leave and would definitely live there long term. The apartment is stocked with everything you could possibly need, from a fully functional kitchen, tv service, Internet, parking, cleanings supplies, literally everything. I was more than pleased with what was offered and Greg was kind and very accommodating. Not only was the apartment itself perfect, but the location couldn't get any better. It's minutes from the beach, restaurants, malls, bars, shopping, the highway, really anything you need. This is an amazing apartment in the perfect south Florida location and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I go back to visit. I just hope it's available!
