January can flucuate a bit and may have a cooler day or two but then bounce right back to 75 or 80 degrees. A bit cooler is still a lot warmer than our Northern States!
February through April is considered Season and a great time to escape the cold!
May has great weather and the crowds have died down a bit from Season
June-August get a bit toasty, but plenty of water to cool down in!
September has great weather...you may have to dodge a rain drop ot two, but rarely a wash out. A typical rain day...sunny morning, cloud burst late afternoon and nice again for evening.
October, November and December has wonderful weather and activity but not overcrowded...Love this time of year!
Of course the Holidays are fun on the beach with fireworks off of the pier and a ball drop in Times Square for New Year's Eve.

Perfect vacation home!
February 7, 2017
I just returned from my 2 week stay at Barb's wonderful home, and I can't wait to go back! There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids) who stayed in the home, and it never felt crowded at all! The home is well equipped with everything we needed~ cooking utensils, dishes, towels, games for the kids and adults, etc.). The hot tub and pool were a huge hit as well, and both were enjoyed day and night by all. The beach supplies were also a bonus~ all we had to do was fill a cooler, grab the beach towels, and push the wheeled buggy with the beach chairs down the road to enjoy the beach! We spent a lot of time at Time's Square and got to try many different restaurants as well as do a lot of shopping~ just a short walk away! The kayak and fishing supplies were also a nice bonus to use in the canal right in the back of the house. Barb was wonderful to work with, and answered all of my questions immediately! I would definitely recommend this house to others, and I hope to stay there again next winter!

Very comfortable and clean beach decorated accommodations. Plenty of room. Beautiful pool and landscape. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Close to the beach and numerous restaurants bars and shops. The owners provide everything you need to just grill and chill or to experience the attractions of Ft Meyer Beach. Also just about Anything you need is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

You read the reviews and you think, this place can't be that good. Let us assure you it is. From the inside where every inch was recently superbly remodeled to the dual kitchens to the high end outdoor grill to the private patio and pool area, it is everything others have said and more. Our guess is there are 40-50 palm trees surrounding the pool and if there is a better looking yard and pool area in FMB, we'd be surprised. It gives you a secluded, tropical island feel, even including a sandy area with hammock shaded by mature palms. We did not see one bug even though the days were 90 degrees. Not sure whether it's the breezes from the water or that Barb the property manager forbids them, but not one mosquito. We had 8 people and could have easily accommodated a few more without being crowded. Everything you need is provided from bikes to kayaks to beach chairs and cart to beach towels- even wine glasses and china for nice dinners if you choose and by our count 7 large flat screen TV's including one by the pool in case there's an important game you just can't miss. Location is fantastic. Car is not needed and never even needed use of trolley. Short walk around corner has nightlife yet at pool in evening, dead quiet and relaxing. Truly one of our best family vacations. If only there were a way to add a few days to the week. We will be back.

We have stayed here twice over the last two years. It was everything we could have hoped for and more! Plenty of space for our group to sleep and have fun. The pool area is out of this world! Two kitchens is very nice when you have a big group like we did. Beds are super comfortable, but you don't spend much time in them! Awesome location next to the Times Square area and one block walk to the beach. Owners are great and respond back to inquires fast. Highly recommend this rental! Going back again in 2017 already!
We are new to Vacation Home Rentals and have not had many stay yet through this site as we were pretty heavily booked when we listed with Vacation Home Rentals. The site we originally started with when we began renting in 2015 shows all 5 star reviews, over 30 of them. Here are just a few of the comments:
"Best Place Ever!"
"Pearl of Primo Drive"
"Everything is Included"
"Wish We Could Keep It a Secret"
