Our family had a great vacation at this condo. It had all the amenities we needed, was clean and great location! We will book this condo on any future trips.
Lovely condo. Great location right across from the beach. Publix only 2 driveways away. Swimming pool is wonderful. Gary the owner was easy to work them. Looking forward to a return trip.
Owner's reply: Thanks for the kind words Tamra

Best Vacation Ever!
We loved our stay at this condo. Great location and very clean and beautifully furnished. the kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare some meals since Publix is just a short walk. the owners were always available to answer any question we had. They also provided us with tips on restaurants and activities in the area. Times Square is about 2.5 miles and is wonderful for the public beach, good restaurants and people watching. Newton State Park and beach is right across the street and a great for a walk and watching the spectacular sunsets as is the balcony. Sanibel and Captiva are nice day trips. We look forward to returning next year. thanks again for providing one of our best vacations. January 5, 2014
We really enjoyed this unit and was exactly as described and pictured. It was well furnished. The easy access to the beach was great; as well as access to Publix grocery store. The unit appeared to be brand new and was in excellent condition - very clean. The owner was very helpful in offering suggestions for dining, and in checking with us regarding any needs we might have. We checked out the Beached Whale and Doc Ford's Rum House and enjoyed both of these. We so enjoyed walking the beach- it was beautiful. in fact, one day walked to the pier at ft Myers Beach Times Square; ate lunch, then walked back. The unit is approximately 2 1/2 miles from the bridge so if you like walking. you can get in some good exercise there. The sunsets were beautiful- from the beach and from the balcony. For those that want a quiet place, then this is a great place. For those who want more activity, just hop on the trolley and travel down to Times Square. There is plenty to do in the area. One day we went over to Captiva (South Seas Plantation) and took the boat over to Cabbage Key for lunch. What a great trip as we were given the treat of seeing numerous dolphins along the way.I would definitely recommend this unit as it is really furnished nicely and has all the needed amenities needed for a great vacation. Perfect Place for our visit
My Dad and I came to ft Myers for a quick 5 day trip for Spring Training (Baseball). This condo was the perfect find. The only drawback is we didn't want to leave to go to the baseball games! As soon as we arrived, we walked to the grocery store to get a few supplies (right next door!). Then we walked across the street to watch the sunset on the beach. Every morning we went for a walk on the beach, including one morning walking to Heavenly Biscuit.
The condo itself is great for a small group or family. We used the pool once, but with the beach right there, it was really just a bonus! The owner was very responsive when I had a question. Getting to the baseball games could be difficult as traffic can be rough on the island. However, once we discovered that driving out the south end of the island was longer with much less traffic, we were set.
This was a great place and I look forward to going back with my husband and daughter March 2, 2014
Lovely, clean, refreshing condo conveniently located in Ft Myers Beach
My family (2 adults, 3 kids) recently stayed at the White Cap facility. We found it to be better than expected. It was our first vacation rental transaction and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book and how clean and fresh it was upon arrival.
The condo is conveniently located about mid-island. It was nice to be away from the bustle of the town square area. The location to the Publix grocery store was a bonus as well to the beach access across the street. The pool was clean and refreshing, but kids wished it were deeper. The condo was well kept, clean, updated furnishings, all the necessary utensils to cook meals. Parking was on-site, very nice. Overall a very good experience. Wished we had more time to stay longer. Wonderful Condo and Location
My family and I spent Christmas week in Ft Myers Beach. It was our first time there. After a flight delay, we arrived at White Cap at about midnight. The owner had given me directions on how to get in, and we were able to unlock the condo just as he'd instructed. When you're exhausted form traveling, there's nothing better than opening the door and realizing that the place you rented immaculately clean and looks even better than it did in the pictures! We did not rent a car for our week and did not feel we needed one. We rented two bikes and also used the tram. There can be a lot of traffic on the island and usually we were able to get places on bikes than people would in cars. The condo is very conveniently located mid-island so it took us about 15 minutes to bike to Times Square and just a bit longer to bike to Lover's Key at the other end of the island. I had asked the owner many questions before arriving and he was always helpful. He gave me several restaurant recommendations and we tried them all! We also ate at the condo which was very easy to do with a Publix right next door - huge advantage to this location if you don't have a car. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We had one day where the air conditioning and cable both stopped working. The property manager and owner both responded quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental and hope to come back again. January 2015
Best Condo Ever!
Gary's condo at White Cap was the best! The CLEANEST condo we've ever stayed in...and decorated with a "Beach Time" theme. The location is right next door to Publix and far enough away from Times Square to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to enjoy all FMB has to offer! Covered parking, pool and beach within walking distance. Highly recommended (And I'm picky!!!) Gary was very responsive...called us and e mailed to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely rent this White Cap condo again! =) September 2015
