Please check availability calander for openings. This 2 bedroom deluxe townhouse (sleeps up to 6) features 1,300 sq ft of living area on two levels. The master bedroom features a full bath and a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a 3/4 bath. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, range-oven, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender & toaster. The main floor 3rd bathroom has a full size washer and dryer in it. The spacious living and dining rooms with two story vaulted ceilings make this townhome unique and special.

All rates are weekly, unless otherwise indicated. All rentals are subject to 11% sales tax. Maximum occupancy is based on 2 person per bedroom. If more people are allowed in the unit, the extra charge is $35 per person, per week. Discounts are available on longer term rentals. NO Discount for February and March. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rentals are payable in US-funds. We accept personal checks, Travelers Checks, Cash, Visa, Master Card or Money Order.

$45 Minimum none refundable insurance deposit is required with every reservation. a $35 Cancellation Fee (if canceled in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival)., damage or extra cleanings. $55 Booking Fee will be applied to all reservations. $85 Cleaning Fee, Plus 11% Lee County tax.

All deposits, prepaid rents or other prepaid monies may be placed in an interest bearing account. Guest understands and agrees interest earned on these funds will accrue to the benefit of TriPOWER Resort Rentals, Inc.

We stayed here from 6/1-6/8. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Everything worked. The decor was beautiful. The weather was the only problem. We had the wrong pool code but was given the correct code by the owner. Didn't matter since we couldn't use it anyway due to the weather.

We were pleased with the condo and pool area. A little disappointed with beach access and instructions provided by management company.

Owner's reply: The beach access is one block south at Bay Beach, we like to go to the Holiday inn which is two blocks north because they have a TIki bar there.
