Quiet area close with-in a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to Times Square filled with shops and restaurants, with shops and restaurants on the way there. Private 4 unit building with solar heated pool overlooking the dock, large canal and mangroves across the canal that are great for bird watching. Fish from the dock.

Relax on the beach, by the pool, or in your unit. Enjoy night life in Times Square.

With-in 1 block of Doctor's office, restaurants, post office, hair salon & barber, and manicurist.

Rates shown include 2 people (1 person for summer 6 month rentals), extras shown at the bottom.

Unit #2, (U2) 1st floor (no steps except one step into the bathroom), 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6 with the pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room & 2 recliners, 1 bathroom, enclosed private screened-in lanai overlooks pool, canal; approximately 1,100 square feet.

Week minimum for Unit #2 through the end of April 2017:

Today or tomorrow check-in: $973 week ($139/n).

March to April 2017 = $1,295 week Sat-Sat ($185/n), $225/n for non Sat-Sat,

(may not calculated with automated online system correctly).

Month specials for Unit #2:

March to April 2017 = $3,892 for 4 week rental ($139/n)

Multi-month specials for Unit #2:

Summer 6 month 1 day lease = $1,595/m includes 2 people, utilities & no tax!

Winter 6 month 1 day lease = $2,900/m includes utilities & no tax!

November & December 2017 = $2,235/m for 2 month rental

January - April 2018 = $3,900/m 4m, $4,500/m 3m, $5,000/m 2m min. rental

Unit #21: 2nd floor, 1 bedroom, sleeps up to 4 with the pull-out sofa in the living room / dining room. Ceiling fan and air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Kitchen, living room / dining room with 32' flat screen TV, full bathroom; all with ceramic tile floors. Entrance is up the front stairs. Layout: enter the kitchen, left of the kitchen door to the dining/living room, bathroom off the dining/living room, right of the kitchen is door to the bedroom. Approximately 425 square feet.

Unit #21 available:

Summer 6 month 1 day lease = $995/m includes utilities & no tax!

Winter 6 month 1 day lease = $2,400/m includes utilities & no tax!

Nov & Dec 2017 = $1,900/mo for 2m rental

Jan to April 2018= $3,100/m 4m, $3,500/m 3m, $4,200/m 2m min rental

Additional people over 2: $45/night/person or $450/month/person

Pet fee for up to a month (additional months 1/2):

Unit #21, #2 small pet $195, medium to large pet $295 (additional pet 1/2)

Unit #20 small pet $495 for 1st pet (additional pet 1/2), large pet $595.

Unit #20 surcharge when not going Fri-Fri or Sat-Sat: $500.

Additional off-site parking 1/2 block away: Free (first come first serve)

RV or trailer, etc. parking on site: $30/night

Extra car parking on site: $15/night

Surcharge for people over the maximum: $50/night/person.

Surcharge for non-calendar month: 30%

Extra fees for options (paid during your stay, no minimum nights/days);

Day guests (include use of the pool): $15/person/day

Overnight guests (includes use of the pool): $45/night ($95/night if maximum is exceeded).

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday or the mid day/weekday prices are applicable.

Linens, towels, etc. NOT included. Bring your own or rent for $25/bed or sleeper-sofa.

“Mikes Place”

A very nice and quiet place. Mike is very gracious and accommodating. Beautiful pool and the place was roomy. The location is near and convenient to Times Square but without the noisy traffic. Thumbs up, had a very nice time.

We had an absolutely fabulous time over spring break. There were 6 of us, my wife and I plus my two teen-aged daughters and two teen-aged nieces - yes, me and 5 women - LOL. I'm so glad we found Mike and his property. We could walk to everything which saved a lot of hassle when it was busy on the streets. The walk to the beach was nice because there were restaurants and a coffee shop along the way. It was quiet around the property where we stayed and the pool was nice icing on the cake. We stayed in unit 20 which has two bedrooms plus two sleeper-sofas ... it was perfect for our group because we could all hang out without being on top of each other. My experience with Mike was that he did what he promised and I could trust him. I was tentative at first because I had heard of scams via VRBO but Mike was great to work with on our spring break. Even after our stay he was gracious enough to ship an item back to us that we had left behind. If we go back to Fort Myers Beach we will be staying at Mike's place!

“Spring Break Vacation”

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It is easy to get to the beach and Times Square. We loved how it was located on a quiet street. It has a beautiful screened in porch that overlooks the canal. The swimming pool is a plus.
