About the area

Cross Creek is in the central Daniels Road corridor between 41 and 75. Near to Edison's famous Palm lined McGregor Blvd, the downtown Ft. Myers River District, the Caloosahatchee River, the Gulf, colorful Ft. Myers beach, and pristine Sanibel Island. It is surrounded with fabulous opportunities to photograph the majestic SW waterfowl and lush, tropical scenery. It is an artist's dream which can be verified by the numerous art leagues and shows in the area. Bring the camera!. Theatre goers - don't forget our Florida Rep theatre, Barbara B. Mann and Broadway Royal Palm Dinner theatre. Don't miss Naples and beautiful Marco Island 40 minutes to our South and the Everglades--a beautiful 1/2 day or day trip. Another favorite--Pine Island with quaint towns known as Matlacha, Saint James City, and Bohkelia Pine Island is known for fishing, nursery growers and it's own art colony. Bike rentals nearby on Six Mile Cypress or bring your own. Bike stands outside the units.

“Perfect”

We really enjoyed our stay at Cross Creek. The rental property was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Will definitely be repeat renters.

Owner's reply: Thanks Tracy for the kind words and review. I do think that Cross Creek, nestled in the Daniel's Corridor, sells itself and is in a mid-range location to get to most places.. Folks hanging out at the Golf course or at the pool are usually very happy to be here with our near perfect temps. Bingo, mahjong, cards, or aquatics class for the non-golfers, and shopping. Year round residents always meet someone visiting from back home and that starts an immediate friendship.
