Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental
Spectacular second floor condo overlooks the 38 acre lake and two championship golf courses in the gorgeous gated community of Heritage Palms. Tenants have full golfing privileges with a one time transfer fee of $250 and full use of the club house facilities including lighted tennis courts and an exercise facility. Relax beside any of the 10 heated pools located in the complex or simply sit in your 1,400 sq ft condo's screen lanai and watch the bald eagles and other birds fish in the lake.
Heritage Palms is a gated community with 24 hour security and two superbly maintained Paul Azinger designed 18 hole championship golf courses. There is a 28,000 square foot clubhouse that features gourmet dinning and a new patio lounge overlooking the 18th hole. The two courses, The Royal and The Sabal have recently had new greens planted to assure a true roll on your puts as well as several upgrades to the course itself. It is truly one of the greatest golfing venues in SW Florida and beyond.
The condo is a two bedroom, two bath unit with a walk-in closet in the king-sized bed master bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two very comfortable twin beds and all towels and linens are provided. The unit has been tastefully decorated by a professional decorator and a washer and dryer are in the unit for your use.

Area Information
Fort Meyers weather is simply put, the best! You can be a hundred miles north in Tampa or a 100 south in Miami and be having an entirely awful weather day, and Ft. Meyers will be basking in sunshine with a slight breeze. The area is easily accessable by interstate 75 or by Southwest Florida International airport (RSW) a mere 20 minutes and a couple of turns from the secured front gate at Heritage Palms.
Fort Meyers beach is a mere 20 minutes away as is the causeway leading to Sanibel Island. There are several shopping malls, movie theaters and grocery stores a short drive away and the area has a plethora of fine restaurants close by.
Other things to do include the plays and concerts at The Barbara Mann Performing Arts Center, the dinner theater at The Broadway Palms and of course the Friday, Saturday and Sunday trip to one of the largest flea markets in the world, The Ortiz Flea Market. (fleas extra)
So, if golfing is your passion and you have never experienced Southwest Florida, this is the place to be.

Any charge for electricity exceeding $50 per month will be deducted from the security deposit before return. Any loss or damage other than normal wear and tear will also be deducted from the deposit before return

First Impressions are Important

WE actually are spending 2 months at this location. This being our first attempt at renting a condo for more than a week we have been thoroughly pleased. The accomodations are as described and the entertainment is great. The description gave us a complete understanding of what was here and what wasn't. The owners have been great. The people are very friendly. The golfing is challenging to say the least. Thank you for the opportunity.

Staying at Heritage Palms is a truly wonderful experience and we really enjoy our time there and wish everyone could do the same. We offer the use of our beautiful, expertly decorated condo for select months throughout the year to that end. Even though most requests are for the first 3 months of the year, the weather in SW Florida is really very nice during the fall and for those who really enjoy the heat, pretty much year around. Give us a call to book your months, you won't be sorry.
