Description of the Fort Myers vacation condo rental
We are no longer renting our unit, and have put it up for sale.

The Beau Rivage in Fort Myers is the place to be. It is on the water, walking distance to down town, a great pool/hot tub, fitness center, billiards room, sauna, theater room and much more.
This 18th floor unit is 3 BR 3 Bath plus Den and a huge Great room. The unit is 1975 sq ft under air.
A large screened in lanai off the great room and master bedroom has a table for 6, a great place to watch the sunset while eating dinner. There is also a wrap around terrace off the other two bedrooms. The Master bath has a shower and separate over sized soaking tub.

This Condo is walking distance to the heart of down town, and a short drive to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. Everything is conveniently located and near by.
