Description of the Fort Worth vacation home rental
Historic bungalow in Ryan Place Neighborhood, conveniently located to TCU, downtown, medical district and hip Magnolia area of independent restaurants.

House was built 1921 with original hardwood floors. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, two bedrooms have full bed and one has a queen. The train runs behind the property so if you are expecting quiet, you won't get it about 4 times a day. But there's nostalgia in the sound of the train and the furnishings in the house are mostly vintage. Gas stove in full stocked kitchen with the comforts of home rather a hotel.

Area Information
Historic bungalow in Ryan Place Neighborhood, conveniently located to TCU, downtown, medical district and hip Magnolia area of independent restaurants.

One of the coolest neighborhoods in the city, with vintage homes, sidewalks and walkable.
A few favorites include: Spiral Diner (Vegan Restaurant); Ellerbe's Fine Foods (Excellent Farm-to-table meals), The 'Usual' (place to try 'classic cocktails' in an upscale environment,) Zio Carlos (our newest Gastro pub brewing some of FW finest and serving some amazing pizza. BREWED (referred to as 'The Locals living room') serves up great coffee, amazing beers on tap from all over the world and excellent food. Lilly's Bistro, Sunjiko Station Sushi, Hot Damn Tamale, the list goes on and on for fun things to do on Magnolia. Cane Rosso pizzeria (authentic Naples style pizza) is a new addition. Rahr Brewery is only a 1/2 mile from the house. If you're here on a Saturday afternoon or Wed evening, pay $10 for a glass and get four pints of beer-you'll most likely see a Sports game on the big screen or a live band playing. Check out the live music line up at the Live Oak Lounge and have a drink on the rooftop before the show.

'Share a Bike' is Fort Worth's newest bike program. Located along the street you can swipe your CC, pick up a bike and return it to one of the many bike stations located within the city. Near South Side is situated just two and a half miles from downtown Sundance Square and three miles from West 7th Street.
