2 BR / 2 BA - The Dock Barnard Farm, a beautiful mountain vacation home located near many western NC points of interest, is an 1890's home featuring great attention to detail during the renovation and restoration process. Expect modern comforts and conveniences, including linens and towels for your use. Plus, you'll find additional amenities to make your stay the best ever! Non-smoking. No pets (service animals only). Not handicap accessible. Responsible party must be at least 25-years-old.

The Dock Barnard Farm is located approximately 5 miles from downtown Franklin and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes. Franklin is located about an hour and 15 minute drive from the airport in Asheville, NC, and is about a 3-hour drive from the airport in Atlanta, GA.

Your hosts will greet you upon your arrival to get you checked in, give a quick tour of the vacation home, and answer any questions you may have. Since they live a short 3/4-mile away, your hosts will be able to respond quickly in the event of additional questions or concerns.
