“Nice Time”

Reviewed 14 May 2016

The house was well appointed and the river was right there. We grilled steaks and ate them by the river with a fire in the fire pit. How relaxing. Belinda was very friendly and professional in setting up the trip. The only problem might be the steep stairs. Don't bring a lot of luggage to carry in and out.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for staying with us.I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Please come back again whenever you would like. This amazing riverfront cabin has become a second home for many of our guests.I hope you can be one of them.

“Happy in the mountains”

We had a wonderful stay at the Lang cabin. If you are looking to completely get away from everything and everyone this is the place to be. It had everything that you would need. No need to bring anything but your clothes and fishing gear.

Owner's reply: Thank youso much Betty for coming to stay at The Lang Cabin. We are so glad that you had a great time and took the time to write about it. Please come back again.

“My vacation.”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The scenery was so beautiful and the proximity to the little Tennessee River was wonderful. We didn't want for anything in the fully stocked and quaint cabin. We had a great time!

“Great get-away!”

My wife and I were able to book the lang cabin for our anniversary weekend. We can say nothing but great things about the stay. I was surprised to see at how well the cabin was stocked with items that you may need. Everything from a outdoor picnic table, outdoor chairs, charcoal grill, stone fire pit, as well as the kitchen that was stocked well for most cooking needs. I am used to going to cabins that I am required to bring most with me never knowing what I may need when I get there. The bedrooms were very fair sized with ceiling fans in each room for great nights full of restful sleep with the windows open. The living room/dining area is a great place to sit that is surrounded by many windows that are able to be opened to feel the great breeze going down the river. The highlight of my trip though was the ability to fish right from the riverbank access that is at the cabin. To just be able to relax listening and watching the water go by you. I didn't even require bait and caught everything from rock bass, blue-gill, and largemouth off a simple little crank bait. Was a great break from the day to day hustle of everyday life. Booking was easy, no one bothered us in the time we were there, no hidden cleaning fees(experienced them a couple of times.) At this point I believe you get the point. Book a stay here, you won't regret it!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much Greg. for such an amazing review. We really are delighted that you had such a great stay. We would be so happy to have you and your family come back again sometime. Again thanks.
