Description of the Fripp Island vacation home rental
413 Tarpon is decorated and arranged to capture the interest of families who prefer space and higher quality furnishings in a vacation experience. 413 Tarpon has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a large gourmet kitchen with bar seating for 6, dining table for seating for 10 and seating for at the large table on the screened in porch. There are 4 king beds, one queen size bed, one day bed with trundle and two day bed loungers, the home will properly sleep up to 12. Kids love the terrace level which is a large room and has a king size bed along with a day bed/trundle, flat screen tv/dvd and hang out area and its own bathroom. The front of the house has an elevated porch with rocking chairs. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and spacious bathroom with his and hers vanities. There is a private bar area off the master suite and a private coffee deck. There is also a large sun deck off this level with four chaise lounges. A spiral staircase off master bedroom bar area leads vacationers up to the rooftop for viewing of beautiful sunrises, breathtaking sunsets and brilliant observation at night for star gazers The master bedroom has a 60" flatscreen and the main level has an 80" flatscreen for viewing pleasure. All the rooms are designer decorated with local art and the home also has ceiling fans throughout. There is ample parking via a 3 car garage and large driveway. The backyard is large enough for two volleyball courts and has a seawall, dock, floating pier head and boat lift. The beach access is directly across the street and the ocean is only steps from the front door. Fishing at the dock on the tidal canal is very good with a cleaning station and night lighting for all you nocturnal fishermen. 413 Tarpon is owner operated by a part-time resident and lover of Fripp Island.
