Description of the Gainesville vacation condo rental
GREETINGS: Thank you for viewing our condo.This is a condo community with residents primarily comprised of medical, dental, veterinary, nursing students and other professionals working at UF and Shands. The condo is one block from Shands Hospital, across the street from the VA Hospital, two blocks to UF Campus and College of Veterinary Medicine. It is on a bus line to downtown and other parts of Gainesville.

BOOKING/RESERVATIONS: You can book it on line but we encourage you to email or call us when inquiring. The price quotes are subject to change if there is a special event depending on the date. We will give you a discount for longer stays and hold your reservation with a check of money order in order to avoid a credit card fee.

ACCOMMODATIONS. This is a spacious condo with two large bedrooms; each includes walk-in closet, queen luxury bed, chest of drawers with matching headboard, ceiling fan, bedside table, bed linens provided; there is one bathroom, tiled with tub/shower grab bar, towels provided; fully furnished kitchen with large refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, all dishes and cooking utensils; table and 4 chairs; living room with large comfortable sofa, two reclining chairs, 55 inch flat screen TV, cable, internet, wireless; large picture window view of parkway/green space; sleeps four comfortably and 2 others on sofa or reclining chairs;

PREMISES: There are two pools on the premises with spacious decks and sun bathing chairs. Further there are two laundry facilities with large washers and dryers. There is night lighting in hallways and on grounds. Parking for residents and guests only. A parking pass is provided to condo guests.

OWNER OPATED: Owner lives near by and can be reached if needed. Manager is also available if needed.

PARKING, BUSLINES, THINGS TO DO IN GAINESVILLE: Parking is monitored for guests and residents only. Bus line to locations downtown and shopping malls. Restaurants nearby on Archer Road, Newberry Road, and shopping malls. Easily accessible from US 75 and Highway 441. A guide to restaurants and things to do in Gainesville will be mailed upon receipt of reservation.

CAVEATS: This is a non smoking condo. Keg parties and loud gatherings would be disturbing to neighbors and we encourage you to look elsewhere if this is your need. Part of your fee includes a damage deposit in case the condo is misused in any way. Guests are responsible for any children as guests or visitors and should accompany them to the pool. We encourage all guests to keep noise at a minimum and be mindful of the neighbors who may be studying or resting for work the next day.

Next door is the Harn Museum of Art with permanent and traveling exhibits to enlighten and amaze every taste. The Phillips Center for Performing Arts features orchestras, operas, dance, and many celebrity shows and performances. Downtown Gainesville has the famous Hippodrome Theater in a setting of restaurants and bars to please every appetite. Gainesville offers many interesting and exciting venues for the short time visitor or the long time resident. A walk on the University of Florida Campus is an educational opportunity to visit the multiple libraries, historic buildings and the Constance Theater featuring student productions that rival professional productions.
