Description of the Galveston vacation condo rental
Iseazatt View is a stunning 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath ocean view condo located on the quiet end of popular Seawall Blvd. The condo is on the west side and overlooks the resort pool.

The condo complex is family-friendly offering three pools. The resort pool has a swim-up island and the beach pool is located on the west side of the complex. The beach pool is perfect for kids since it’s 3 feet deep or for adults who want to float. A heated, less crowded pool is on the east side. A secluded, community hot tub is adjacent to the resort pool. A concrete gazebo is attached to the resort pool for relief from the hot, summer sun.

The condo is located at the popular Maravilla condo complex. The landscaping is lush and tropical with plenty of room to roam. Community charcoal grills and picnic tables are scattered throughout the complex and a volleyball net is set up. Feel free to use the 24-hour exercise room.

There is an office on the premises that is open daily. The condo is located on the 2nd floor close to an elevator. There is covered parking and a parking pass is required. Security is present during peak seasons.

The condo has 766 sq. feet with ocean views from the living area and south bedroom. Both have 5-foot sliding doors that go out to a 26-foot over-sized balcony. There are 2 queen-size beds plus 2 twin built in bunk beds which the kids love. Linens/towels are provided for up to 6 people. Both bedrooms and the living area have wall mounted flat screen TV's.

The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and ice maker. Also included is a starter kit of paper plates, cups, towels and toilet paper.

Comment from a guest “We stayed here for a girls' weekend. The rental was clean, cheery and well-stocked. The pools and hot tubs were a great place to relax after our triathlon. We walked to the beach, pier and restaurant. The owner was really responsive in all communication.”

How does one put into words a description of an environmental "glory light!" Beaches along Seawall Blvd. were extremely clean and water was almost crystal clear blue. This matched the impeccably beautiful interior decor of our condo at Maravilla, room 227. As a submarine veteran of late 1960's the "Bahamian" color and wall paintings of the drunk and party-happy parrot was a heavenly experience for all of my family, especially my son who got to visit with me and rest of family. Hope we can return next time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, living arrangements (2 spacious bedroom, 2 bunk-style bed, extremely comfortable leather couch and plenty of lounge chairs on patio. This was my family's second stay at Maravilla and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The kids loved the pools and it was a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of the City. It is truly a home away from home. Will definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at this condo. My first was for the Diva Run only a few weeks ago. It was so perfect I rented it again this past weekend to take my son and his family on a quick mini-vacation. The condo has everything you could possibly ask for. It is perfectly stocked for 6 guest. The decor in this condo gives off a beachy vibe... It is so fun and colorful. This owner has done a perfect job of getting all pertinent info to me in a timely manner... Great location, quick access to everything you could want... I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Cat..., you made both weekend trips completely stress free. PS... The blow up mattress is a great place to sleep on the oversized balcony, it will kill you to sleep every time

This was a last min. get away. I called the owner on Friday morning for availability. I was able to pay and check in all on the same day. The condo had was roomy and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and the pools were great. Especially the heated pool. The owner rushed to send me information regarding the island which was great help. Best part she refunded my deposit with in 2 days. Thank you again and hope to visit soon!!!
