The house is still in the process of being furnished so please excuse the pics of empty rooms.
The house is located in Webster Texas. Also the reviews are for another house I have in Galveston.

We stayed over the weekend and the house is beautiful. Andrew is so helpful with everything and the house is really well stocked. It had everything we could need which is a huge bonus. We will absolutely stay again!
Great Weekend Get Away
February 15, 2013
Needed a break from 2012. Rented this wonderful beach house and invited the family (both sides) to come and stay for a few days. We injoyed the walks on the beach (chilly but great) and the time spent playing board games and visiting. The house held up to all our expectations from the advertisement. Had so much fun this will now become an anual event. Thanks

Overall my group was pleased with the stay. The first thing we noticed that could have been improved is that there were 4 chairs on the balconies (total on the HUGE balconies)!! That seemed a little strange especially since the house advertises that it sleeps 12+ but you have to take turns hanging out on the balconies because there was a huge lack of seating...and not 1 table outside on the balconies. Even inside, there were 5 chairs at the dinner table (the 6th one was in the closet, broken). Also, I run a small cleaning company in Austin and this place was not "dirty" but whomever does the cleaning for the property needs to focus on dusting blinds, air vents, wiping down doors, light switches, and door jams. The space was great there were quite a few of us with babies and small children and we had PLENTY of space. So I would definitely stay there again...as long as the availability of seating is figured out. The owner definitely needs to buy a couple of patio tables and chairs from Wal-mart or somewhere like that. Or if you are gonna stay here...bring some camping chairs of your own.

Spent Christmas week here. The house is very nice and well appointed. If the HOA would rake the beach it would be a perfect location.

family birthday celebration
May 2, 2012
We needed a place for a group of 19 to gather for a family celebration. We rented this house along with its sister house to accommodate everyone. It worked beautifully. The other house was just steps away, so it was very convenient. Both houses were nicely furnished and in wonderful shape. The location was wonderful with the beach just steps away and town very close for errands and shopping. Handicapped access was essential for us and the elevator was a great solution. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful.
Perfect beach front rental

This was our second time staying at Aqua Vista. We love it! its right on the beach, a new clean home and has lots of amenities. The best part is the elevator. We also sometimes commute back and forth to Houston and the proximity works well. We love the fact that the home is in a private neighborhood, but still close enough to the sea wall to get back and forth to Houston easily. So far my favorite in Galveston!!

Great house--plenty of room!
June 29, 2011
This is our 7th year renting beach houses but our first with this one. It was clean & spacious with plenty of sleeping room and baths (showers). The master suite was huge. The kitchen looked small but worked just fine & there was plenty of storage. There weren't enough dishes, especially bowls, nor enough pots & pans, and the ones that were there were not in good shape. The coffee maker was kind of flimsy too but people are so hard on rental property that I can understand why. We liked that there was no TV in the living room downstairs so it was quiet. With the way the cable was set up only 3 TV's worked at a time but if that is not enough, you don't need to be at the beach! Also the DVD did not work but I have yet to get one that does. For once we had enough towels and the sheets were comfortable. The beds were fairly comfortable, a little firm, and the twins were real beds, not the cots I have seen. The deck was great and even though it wasn't covered there was usually enough shade to get out of the sun. The floors were all tile & wood so it was pet freindly. The one crazy thing was the stairs. The tile was a bit slick and the stairs curve like one big spiral staircase and are very tough to climb. We resorted to going out on the deck and using the back stairs. The staff at Gary Green Prudential were great-- very flexible & helpful. We had a short power outage and they kept us informed. We had a great visit and the negative issues were very minor.

This beachfront house was more then we could have imagined. The beach is steps away. The inside of the house was gorgeous. Top of the line appliances, equipted with all of the utensil and dishes, even for the little ones. The beds were comfortable and the sheets very soft. The attention to details was outstanding. Worth every penny and we will be back again! It was a sad sad day when we had to leave. You will not be disappointed renting this home. The location is perfect also, stores and places to eat in just a short drive.
