  • About:

In 2004 I purchased my first Galveston property. Galveston is where my heart sings. Born in Texas, moving frequently as a child, and "growing up" for the most part in the northeast and midwest, I spent many summers in Galveston where my grandmother lived and my mother was raised. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What other fees can I expect when renting this place?
A: None! Unless you ask us to put candy on the pillow or flowers on the table - and we love to be able to accommodate special requests - we've included all we can think of in the pricing so that the only surprises you get are pleasant ones. Taxes, cleaning, linens, a parking permit and damage waiver - its all included! We won't "add this and add that" making the quoted price higher.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Well, let's see: the kitchen has all the pots and pans, dishes and glasses, the beds are made, the place is clean - all you need to bring is you, your clothes, a beach/pool towel and sunscreen and come on down! Plenty of kitchen countertop appliances (and of course the major ones, too) are already here just waiting for you to get here. What are you waiting for?
Q: Is there anything to do other than the beach?
A: Oh my goodness yes! Do you like looking at architecture? Check out the Bishop's Palace, Moody Mansion, and so many other historic buildings in this town. Do you like to eat - ask me and I'll tell you where the locals eat! Do you like shopping? There are antique stores, souvenier shops and boutiques sprinkled across the island. Do you like to walk? Whether the beach for seashell hunting or the strand for people watching - so many choices. I'd love to answer your questions - so email away!
