The Condo is located in ROYAL GARDEN RESORT which is located in Garden City, which is only a few miles south of Myrtle Beach, an ideal location, away from the hustle and bustle. The unit is located on the 15th floor at 1210 N. Waccamaw Dr., Garden City, SC.

As you enter this SPACIOUS CONDO which comfortably sleeps up to 6, you know you are in for a treat. You will immediately feel like the weight of your shoulders have been lifted off as you enter into vacation mode. The views from the 15th floor private balcony are breath-taking. It not only overlooks the deep blue Atlantic Ocean and sometimes the dolphins but also the outdoor pool on the deck. Yet, from the spacious private balcony, you can not hear all the frolicking down there only the sounds of the ocean waves crashing onto the beach!

The Unit has been renovated to give you the complete feeling of being home yet very much on vacation. The open living room, kitchen and dining area is spacious and airy. It has spectaular oceanviews as you cook, dine or relax in front of the 31 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo. Relax on the sofa that has a queen-size sleeper sofa or on the matching loveseat. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped even to make gourmet meals and to entertain. You will find a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster oven, coffee-maker, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is located in the condo for you convenience. The master bedroom has a KING-SIZE bed with a 21" TV/VCR with a connecting full bath. An additional bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath provides for an additional sleeping room.

The resort features a spacious INDOOR POOL, OCEANFRONT OUTDOOR POOL, KIDDIE POOL,shuffleboard, indoor whirlpool and sauna. There is 24 hour secured on-site indoor parking (two spaces per guest), snack bar and grill, ice-cream shop, game room, and gift shop. There is also 3 elevators.

It gives you the quietness you deserve away from the hustle and bustle of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach yet just minutes away to world class entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Garden City is the best kept secret of Myrtle Beach. We are at a walkable distance to the Garden City Pier. Here you can enjoy live bands, fish, shop, arcade games and Pier dining experience. We are only ten minutes to downtown Myrtle Beach or two miles to Murrells Inlet Famous Restaurant Row. And of course there is the beach, beach and plenty of beach to enjoy!!!... We also have a very large waterpark nearby.
