We stayed in "Panoramic Point" and it could not have been better. As we walked in the front door, my 20-year old daughter said, "This is a dream come true!" Everything we experienced was better than the photos. How often can you say that about a place? On one of the days, the air conditioner stopped working. I called the toll free # and within 12 minutes there was a knock at our door with a service man. Dude--we live on a flippin' mountain, how did he get up here so fast? He was in and out and had it fixed in no time. One more thing--it advertised "high speed internet." Usually when I see that I prepare for a very slow experience. The internet speeds in the cabin were 34Mbps--that's faster than I've experienced at any hotel I've ever stayed. With 5 of us connecting with multiple devices--that was an added blessing. This wasn't a cheap rental by any means. But so glad we spent what we needed to and rented this place. It truly was delightful.
