Our Two Night Stay at this Wonderful Place
My family and I stayed at this place and met Tiffany and Chris as we arrived. They were warm, welcoming and offered to help us bring in our things. Tiffany took my children (in their 20s) around the area in her vehicle very soon after we arrived to show them the key things we should know about - mainly the Pier that was a short walk down the hill that has a great lobster restaurant with outdoor seating and great views of the bay, the private beach (also a short walk away) that is peaceful, rocky and beautiful, and the state park beach that is a couple of mile away - you need to drive there.
The home had ample space for 5 adults with three bedrooms upstairs, a beautiful kitchen, plenty of room to sit and relax, and a nice enclosed porch. Outside there was a nice yard on the street side and plenty of friendly neighbors around all the time - either next door or walking up/down the street. It's a short drive to Bath (about 15 -20 mins). We had a great time there too. Of course we were there on July 4th and there was a parade and music festival. So we enjoyed that too.
We went to the state park beach which was pretty quiet for July 4th. Lots of places to discover there but we chose to play Frisbee and swim. The water is cold, the lifeguard said 53F, and we were numb after 30 - 40 minutes going in and out of the water. So you need to tough out a swim in this part of New England. I don't think the Gulf Stream comes up this far!!!
I can't say enough about how easy Tiffany was to deal with and in making sure we were comfortable when we arrived for (and during) our stay. So I would recommend this place highly. And once again, I thank Chris and Tiffany for their kind hospitality.

Awesome Maine experience!
We stayed at Sea Blessings for a family wedding down the road. Tiffany and Chris were the perfect hosts. They guided my mother in law in when she was a little unclear on the directions. They were both very helpful throughout our stay, and were always a text away when we had 'tourist' questions.
The house is very cozy and easily accommodated our party. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you would need to cook up some big family dinners. The back porch has a very nice fire pit and was great when the temperature dropped a bit. The General Store has all the fixins' required for S'Mores.
The location also could not be better. The house is an easy stroll down to the dock. We found ourselves relying on the 5 Islands Lobster Company for lobster dinner every night. They would steam them for us, and then we'd just bring them home and eat them up. We found that the General Store, a few miles drive from the house was the best for Lobster Rolls..and they're open during the week as well.
Overall, the house is great, and everything was as described in the listing! I would highly recommend a stay here, and hopefully will get a chance to come back in the future!
