Year round home - country cottage feel among the tall trees - open concept / spacious - Beautiful view of Sawyer Lake which has several beaches for your use.
Direct access to snowmobile corridor trails (15 near junction of 17) with beautiful year round views!

If you enjoy nature you will love the area!

This is just to place to kick back and relax. Featuring original knotted pine, this updated cottage has plenty of room inside. Enjoy your breakfast sitting at the window counter overlooking the lake. Relax in our comfortable rockers by the picture window or on either deck. We provide all the necessities for you, just pack your clothes and come have some fun. A full size washer / dryer is provided so you can pack light.

Three bedrooms - Master bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of storage underneath. In the two other bedrooms there is plenty of room with a futon in one and a hideaway bed in the other. For added sleeping space the couch in the living room is also a futon. Linens are provided.

Area Information
Lots of activity - boaters, waterskiing and jetski's. Walk to any of the six beaches around this 75 acre lake or bring your boat/canoe and launch it at the nearest beach. The gorgeous sunset as well as many fireworks displays that happen over the lake are a treasure to see. Take a short hike up the mountain and overlook the mountain ranges. Fall colors are a beauty to behold both on the trails and from the overlook. There is direct access to the main corridor trail system for those who 4 wheel or snowmobile.

Close to many Golf courses, Gunstock Mountain, Lake Winnipesaukee, Loudon NASCAR Raceway, Highland Mountain Biking - Day trip possible to Conway area or coast of Maine.

A: The closest beach to the cottage is a short 5 min walk. It is the main beach on the lake with a great view! If you have a boat you can launch from the beach area. Families with young children love hanging out at the beach all day.
Q: How close is the nearest ski area?
A: We are closest to Gunstock - a 20 min ride. Also nearby is Ragged Mountain. Conway area is an hour drive.
Q: What activities are nearby for kids?
A: The Laconia - Weirs Beach area is a short 15 - 20 min drive. You will find a wide variety of activities including Funspot (the larges indoor arcade), Water rides, Rope Climbing, Mountain Biking, NASCAR, Scenic boat or train rides just to name a few. The lakes region has a multitude of attractions for all ages and interests.
