“Peaceful relaxation”

Reviewed 10 Apr 2016

This house was a perfect homebase for exploring the area. My husband and son skied Stevens Pass while my Mom, my daughter and I enjoyed the river and scenery. We all took a gorgeous hike up to bridal veil falls. Great family hike! Hard for the 3 year old but she still did it!! The house was clean and cozy and had plenty of room and privacy for all 5 of us. Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The views were stunning and the area was quiet. We felt like we were the only ones around. The kids she's 5 & 3 safely rode their bikes all around. They did not want to leave. The availability of staff for questions or assistance was great. I had plenty of changes and questions before we left. Everyone was helpful and eager to respond. I was a little afraid that the house would smell like dog since it was a pet friendly rental. But you would never know a dog had ever been in the house. Totally clean! Great place to stay if you like mountains, rivers, skiing and hiking. Peaceful!!

“After Holidays Getaway”

Reviewed 30 Jan 2016

I go away for a weekend with a friend & our dogs every January. This year we did something different and went up to the mountains. Found Mystic Mt cabins online and booked it. Was very happy with how the company was fast about getting back to my emails. Cabin was so amazing and dogs loved it too. Great location to get to Stevens Pass lodge, walking paths and river rafting spots. But even better was the peace and quiet for my post-holiday getaway. Between the comfy sofa, hot tub under the stars and the wood burning stove I was in heaven. Kitchen has everything you would need to make epic meals. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Very happy with our experience and planning on coming back over summer for actual hiking and outdoor fun. Would highly recommend using this company for any of the locations.

“Perfect Weekend Getaway!”

Reviewed 16 Jun 2015

On a whim, my husband and I decided to rent a cabin for the weekend. We lucked out as this cabin was still available for the dates we chose. The pictures don't give justice to just how charming and beautiful this cabin truly is! We were very pleasantly surprised. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. It was very clean and extremely peaceful / quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Owner's reply: Dear Nicole, thank you so much for being our guest! It was great having you stay and we apprecaite the kind review as well. Would love to have you back again soon. :) Very best, Mysty Mountain Properties

“Amazing Cabin and Place to Stay”

Reviewed 20 Mar 2015

I loved this cabin. Away from everything and everyone. Great cabin with all the comforts of home. Fireplace, TV, Internet but the ability to get away from all of that. I will definitely go back here.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back anytime. Sincerely, Mysty Mountain Properties

“Breathtaking views, perfect place to relax!”

Reviewed 2 Sep 2014

We had a great time at this cabin, you feel like your a million miles away from everything, but its also nice to know that you are just a short drive to amenities if you have forgotten things! The view is just breathtaking, sitting in the hot tub overlooking the river is just the most relaxing way to spend an evening. The cabin itself is just the right size, although I woulnt recommend more than 4 people! It is a perfect way to unwind and relax, very happy to have found it and would love to go back in the snow!

Owner's reply: Hi Lauren, thanks for staying with us last September and thanks for the great review! So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We'd love to have you back anytime :) Sincerely, Mysty Mountain Properties

“Ski Retreat Heaven”

Reviewed 29 Jan 2014

What a great little gem in the woods... made for a great ski weekend with friends. Clean, comfy and quiet. The hot tub at night by the river and a blazing fire in the fire pit was amazing. The house was warm and inviting... all the comforts of home, and the dogs came too! Thanks for sharing your place.

Owner's reply: Dan- Thank you so much for the kind words! Our White Water Retreat is one of our most popular ski cabins since it's so close to the resort, and we agree- those moments in the hot tub by the river under the stars are memorable. We would love to help you and your friends (and pets!) plan your next trip to our area and look forward to hearing from you again!

“Girls weekend”

Great, spacious deck, beautiful views and the hot tub was fun. Little watering by house was close and easy to access.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for the kind words! We are thrilled your group enjoyed the Prospector's Bend Cabin and we look forward to having you stay again with Mysty Mountain Properties.

“Great Time”

Reviewed 17 Apr 2013

My wife, my dog, and I loved the Cabin. The view and just general ambiance were breathtaking. We just adored sitting on the deck relaxing and taking in everything. On top of that the location is great. Gold Bar is just a hop skip and a jump away and there are a ton of great hiking trails in the area. We are already planning on staying at the same cabin in the future!

Owner's reply: Thank you, Ryan! We are so glad you all enjoyed your relaxing stay at Prospector's Bend Cabin, and were able to experience the amazing natural surroundings. It's always a treat for us to hear about how our guests enjoyed their stay and look forward to returning. :)

“Perfect”

Reviewed 20 Apr 2012

Knew from the moment we arrived that it was going to be a perfect get away. The river gave away a roar that was hidden to a romantic whisper when we closed the doors. The cabin was perfect size for a romantic getaway for two. Wouldn't recommend any more than 2 couples to stay there. The cabin is in close proximity to Wallace Falls which is a great hike through the woods. (Bring a lunch, $10 for a discover pass and make sure you go no later then 1030AM before it gets busy). The swimming area was a short 2 minute walk from the cabin down the path. The hot tub was an ideal spot which over looked the river and added to the romance. Everything you need to cook was there for you. No complaints. We got to add a...... few wine corks to the drawers in the kitchen. Over all, the place was really neat and was worth every penny in a time when its important. Only issue was the heater. Maintenance took care of it and didn't really make it a hassle. He worked around your schedule, so I can't really complain too much. Thank you for a great weekend and I hope to do it again soon.... Weather is hit or miss.... I would say, visit in the summer!

“Beautiful cabin, glad to have 4x4!”

Reviewed 3 Feb 2011

We stayed for 2 nights and went skiing at Sevens Pass. It snowed almost 10 inches at the cabin, and the road in is winding and steep in places, so we were super glad to be in our Toyota pickup (without snow the road would be fine for any car). Our dogs enjoyed being included in the adventure. All in all- lovely secluded spot, hot tub is awesome, would definetly stay again.

After 8 long months with Dad in Iraq this place gave us a helping hand with bonding. We only have 2 weeks until he is ordered to return to his unit. This place is the definition of R&R. We had a wonderful stay at Vista View Chalet. The area is so beautiful and peaceful. The cabin is sweet and cozy and we saw a gorgeous coyote in the front yard! We loved our stay here- it was a wonderful getaway from city life! Thanks for everything! -Donzelle & Thomas (Portland, OR)

We spent out first night married together here at Sunset Falls Cabin. It was great- we enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful noise of the waterfall. Thanks for the getaway! -The Larsons (Seattle, WA)
