This detached cottage resides in the hamlet of Ballydevlin, near the village of Goleen and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.The Schooner is a fabulous, detached cottage near the village of Goleen in County Cork. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double, a double, a ground floor twin and a ground floor single, sleeping seven people altogether. The interior also offers a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with open fire, as well as a second sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, a decked area with garden furniture, a second patio area and a large lawned area with seating. The Schooner offers spacious accommodation with fabulous countryside views and glimpses of the sea in the distance.

Just four miles away is the large Blue Flag sandy beach at Barley Cove, while a little further on the visitor centre at Mizen Head is well worth a visit. Activities in the area include golf, horse riding, walking, angling, sailing, diving, birdwatching and surfing, while further afield the market town of Skibbereen offers a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
