Reviews for this vacation home rental in Green Valley, Arizona
Newer Home--Some Disappointing Amenities
Newer Home--Some Disappointing Amenities

Beautiful 2006 2 brm Home. Master bed all pillow, no support--poor quality sheets. No phone or wireless provided which other homes in same gated community had. Rug was filthy and not cleaned after previous renter. Vacuum didn't work. No grab bar in bathtub even though retirement community. Low walled-in back yard was nice, well-lighted rooms and adequate kitchenette. Nice mountain view on front patio porch. Service cleaning was good but not thorough (like greasy dust left on top of fridge, black dust on large ceiling heat grating.
The bed. I am not sure I understand this point. Did they want a hard bed/mattress? Most retirees perfect a softer bed and have never had a complaint about it before over the past 4 years.
Internet. Told him it was not included as the current long term renter was paying for it on his own and he didn't request it and signed the lease without it.
Carpet. Contracted a cleaning lady to do the house after the prior long term renter vacated. At the time, the property manager gave her the keys prior to going on vacation and was away when the cleaning was done. Carpet was not thoroughly clean. After this renter left, I hired a professional carpet cleaning company to do it right even before he posted this review because I had a new renter coming. The carpet is now almost like new.
Bathtub bar. The builder (Meritage) does not config the build design with these so there is not one there.
