Description of the Greenville vacation cabin rental
Spacious, picturesque log home on Wilson Pond waterfront. 5 miles from the town of Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Located on a private road with year-round access. There is enough privacy as you cannot see any nearby houses. Relax and enjoy its peaceful rustic beauty surrounded by pine and birch trees. This house offers adventure for every season. This is a wonderful location for family vacations, reunions, gathering together with friends or just getting in touch with nature. A gorgeous waterfront hiking trail begins right off of the back deck. The local area provides endless opportunities for outdoor adventures (hiking, canoeing, kayaking, biking, alpine/nordic skiing, snowmobiling, fly-fishing and so much more). Your days will come to a peaceful close as you relax on the deck listening to loons call across the water, humming birds flit from feeder to feeder and the water gently lapping on the shore while you enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets.
Area Information
Our cabin is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood under the Rum Ridge Association. It is surrounded by woods with well marked hiking trails. It has easy access to snow mobile trails in the winter and ATV trails the rest of the year.

Here in Maine (during the summer), we love to hike mountains, go canoe- camping, go kayaking, mountain biking and sail in our 18- ft sailboat. Winter is as much fun because we go skiing at the Squaw...
