BONUS LAGOON VIEWS: Eight-mile long Little Lagoon is behind the condo - views from both bedrooms. Bring your jet skis and fishing rods and walk three blocks down to West Pass OR to the public dock just 2 minutes out your back door. The kids will love fending off the pinfish, chasing minnows and hermit crabs, or dropping down a crab basket ~ and the adults love the fishing action.
LOCATION: Sanibel complex lies in a low-density, mainly residential area where you won't have to fight for a spot on the beach, but is only 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59 which is the hub of activity and restaurants in Gulf Shores. A 5-minute drive to the Super Walmart on Ft. Morgan Rd at 59 will meet all your shopping needs, including groceries and beach supplies! Approximately 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive, plus putt putt golf, the zoo, and Waterville Amusement Park, Movie theatre, etc.
BEACH ACCESS/boardwalk is directly across the street, a few houses to left.

BRING: your personal items, plus beach towels, more beach chairs (we provide 2), umbrella and sunscreen.
WE PROVIDE: bath towels, linens, hand soap, dishwashing soap, and a roll of TP for each bathroom - PLUS a rolling beach cart and rolling cooler provided and also 2 folding sand/beach chairs for your use.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with salt, pepper, sugar, dishtowels/hotpads, cleaners, dishes, glasses, cookware, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. Refrigerator has water/ice-dispenser in the door! There is also an iron/ironing board. E-mail for further specifics.

Located on a narrow sliver of land with water views on all sides! Gulf in front and Lagoon behind. 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive plus super Wal-mart! Activities close by:
~ The pass with state-maintained park is 3 blocks down, which connects the Lagoon behind us to the Gulf in front of us, great fishing, wading, shallow, protected waters for younger kids, hermit crabs, minnows, crabbing, etc.
~ Waterville Water and Amusement Park
~ The Zoo
~ Putt Putt
~Go-kart track/bungee jumping at The Track, new zip line center at State Park about 5 minutes away
~ Gulf State Park fishing pier - 1540 feet long!
~ Jet ski rentals/parasailing at Gulf Shores public beach
~ The Hang-out 3 minutes away with nightly live music in peak season, LuLu's about 7 minutes away

Q: How do I book and pay?
A: I use a professional reservation system where I keep all six of my condos. It works much like a hotel booking would. Once you commit to dates and are ready to book, just let me know and I send the booking link to your email. You'll enter your info, review prices/fees and rental terms, then submit the form and pay a down payment of around 20% by credit/debit card only, which will APPLY TOWARD TOTAL DUE. The balance is due anywhere from 45 - as little as 15 days in advance, depending on when you book and how far in advance. Balance due can be by check, as long as you are 10 days prior to check-in, or by credit/debit card. I can also split final payment into separate payments if you are splitting payment with another person.
Q: What is the beach access like and crossing the street?
A: The 13th street public beach access is across the street from our building and over 2 houses. It has a nice boardwalk, shower, foot rinse, trash cans, and port-a-potty during peak seasons. The street to cross is just ONE LANE EACH WAY, not busy at all, and is not a 'through' street since we are located on a peninsula. We provide a rolling beach cart and a rolling cooler for your convenience.
Q: What is nearby to do, restaurants, etc?
A: I have a full LOCAL link that I provided in your original inquiry response, but you will enjoy over 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive, plus a Super Wal-mart, souvenir shops, grocery stores, AND Waterville water park, putt putt golf, the zoo, arcade, go-cart track, Gulf State Park fishing pier, etc.
