Inside you will find the main living area, kitchen, dining area, and living room all directly beach front. The views and sounds of the Gulf literally fill this entire space. The kitchen was remodeled in the winter of 2009 with new living room furniture was added in 2012.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor has a queen bed and full private bathroom. These are the only rooms on the second floor giving you ample privacy. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and both have queen beds. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sleeper giving you sleeping for 8.
Wall Street also has access to the beach front pool that serves the other three beach front homes we have next door.
You might ask how such a uniquely Southern beach cottage came to have the name of Wall Street. This home is next door to Wings of Eagles and for years Steve Harris had tried to convince the owner to sell him the property but he would not part with it. In 1989 the owner of Wall Street, the house was not yet named at this time, came to Steve after having had a particularly rough year in the stock market. The owner needed funds and sold the house to Steve. Fittingly Steve named the house Wall Street.
If you party is larger, please consider: Wings of Eagles, Summer Wind, or Summer of 42 for additional space. These homes are all next door, are beach front, and share the community pool.

Location of the house on the beach was perfect! No houses in front of your view. Nice being able to sit on the deck and watch/listen to waves. The deck needs to be sanded down dramatically, many splinters were picked out of feet. When staying on the beach, nothing is better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean...........all the windows have extra screwed in locks so they can't be opened....bummer. We did use the shared pool and that was a plus. Checking out at 10:00am sharp or pay penalties was excessive! It does not take from 10:00 to 4:00 to clean this house. Better would be 11:00 check out with 2:00 check in.....cleaning people are generally fast.

Sometimes I wish that this was the only home we had to clean and then, yes, we could get you in earlier and out later. The reality is that we have about 70 properties that we manage and we need that time to make sure Eason of our homes is properly cleaned and inspected.

This was the cutest little place ever! The location is perfect, very close to the water and your neighbors are not right on top of you. The house had everything we needed, al we had to bring was us and food, and paper products. I spent a lot of time in the hammock downstairs. The living area downstairs is equipped with two chairs and a table, a loveseat and two more chairs and table, then you have dining for 6 also. I highly recommend this house, we WILL be back.
