On the first-floor, you will find an open-plan living room, complete with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside you will find a balcony area within dining seating, off-road parking and use of the on-site facilities. Tamar 4 promises a superb getaway to this area of Cornwall.

Further afield attractions include the river Tamar, the historic house of Cotehele and Morwhellam Quay theme park.
