Seascape Serenity is a luxurious 4-bedroom + kids room, 6 bathroom, 5-star quality home located on the famous North Shore, Oahu. Custom built and newly-constructed (just finished in 2013), every detail of the home’s interior and exterior living spaces were meticulously planned to create the ultimate family getaway. The property is a stunning combination of beach tranquility and contemporary style that come together to create a warm and comfortable ambiance. From the moment you enter the private, gated drive you won’t want to leave.
Ideally located between Waimea Bay and Pipeline surf break- both are a short walk or bike ride away and it’s a prime location for watching the World Championships of Surfing. Turtle Bay Resort Golf Course (home to the Champion’s tour and LPGA events) and luxurious spa are only a 15-minute drive away. In the other direction in 15 minutes you can shop and tour the historic Haleiwa Town and sample the renowned shaved ice or dine out. Incredible snorkeling in Shark’s Cove marine reserve is a 5-minute walk away.
The home’s exterior space is landscaped with fragrant plumerias, colorful shower trees, native lush greenery, bright tropical plants and a newly planted fruit orchard. The back yard is a blend of flat grass for sports and games with garden beds full of gingers, native hibiscus, and other vibrant flora plus fresh rosemary and basil for cooking. Enjoy incredible, expansive panoramic views. Imagine lounging with a backdrop of whales breaching, waves crashing on the lava rocks, sailboats coasting by, or the frequent model photo shoot occurring. Or just lay back and listen to the sound of the waves. And that is just the day time. Have cocktails upstairs off the lanai or enjoy dining al fresco. The evening offers spectacular sunsets, pink skies followed by incredible star shows. To access the beach, just go out the driveway and go down the public access stairs.
When you enter the house through the custom designed seascape glass door you’ll know that you have arrived in paradise. The main floor has 2 Queen Bedrooms each with ensuites; and a playful nautical themed children’s suite with double bunk beds, giant bean bags, TV and the children’s bathroom. Additionally there is a laundry room and guest bath which leads out to the backyard and outdoor shower. But the showpiece is the open concept living, dining and kitchen ... a chef’s dream with Wolf range/oven, plus a Miele wall oven, microwave, and warming drawer. Any tool or piece of equipment you could possibly need is supplied. Plus you won’t even mind cooking since you are staring out at the ocean while you prep. The massive granite kitchen island seats five plus the custom designed and handmade monkey pod wood slab table seats ten comfortably plus there an outdoor table close by that seats 6.
Upstairs there are 2 master suites outfitted with King Beds, walk in closets with built in shelving, an office (with one of the best views in the house) and master baths. The master spa bath designed with stunning sea colored glass tiles has a soaking tub and spa shower with multiple rain heads. Turn on the music speakers in the bathroom and relax away any stresses. Also upstairs is the media room/bar- equipped with state of the art media center. Gather the family and sink into the giant bean bags for a movie night or sports game. The bar which opens to the upstairs lanai with zero gravity chairs is perfect for evening sunset cocktails.

Owner Supplied Testimonials
Fantastic surf rental & family vacation spot
This home was beautiful, modern, clean and exceeded all expectations. The hosts provided every accommodation and then some, and the local property manager was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We felt the price was more than fair for the experience. We were very pleased with the children's accommodations - there is a really fun bedroom setup for four kids under 13 - as well as the master and guest suites.
For the immediate proximity to the ocean, Waimea bay and all the local surf spots, as well the grocery store and Hailea, we saw very few comparable rentals that were as new and well maintained as this one.
This was our first experience in the area and we intend to rent this home again.

A Home Away From Home
We have just returned home from Hawaii's North Shore and already want to go back. Wanting to escape the Seattle winter, we booked a trip to sunny Oahu. We weren't interested in staying in a hotel for an extended length of time and wanted to enjoy the comforts of home while being away - Nalu Hale did not disappoint.
The accommodation was top notch; everything was extremely clean and in pristine condition while feeling very warm and inviting. This home is great for large families, and extended ones, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved the privacy that each room afforded and the kids LOVED the kids' suite. The bunk beds were a huge hit as well as the oversized beanbag chairs. The kitchen has everything imaginable and is perfect if you plan to cook and eat meals at home.
It's difficult to determine a favorite part of our days there. From drinking coffee outside on the porch every morning while watching daylight spread over the water to hearing the waves crash throughout the day as we sat in the sun, every day was a great day. We were steps away from the beach and a bike ride away from world-class surf breaks.
The grassy backyard was perfect when we hula hooped, hit baseballs in front of the most gorgeous backdrop imaginable, and lounged peacefully in the beach chairs sipping margaritas.
One particular highlight for us was the frequent sighting of whales. They were everywhere. We could see their spout and large splashes even without binoculars.
We had grand aspirations to snorkel at Shark's Cove, relax at Waimea Bay and visit the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, but honestly we were so comfortable at Nalu Hale that we didn't want to leave. There are so many things to do within walking distance or a short bike ride that we just enjoyed staying locally and avoiding the hustle and bustle.
This home is absolutely perfect and we will most definitely be back. Our high expectations were exceeded and we truly had the vacation of a lifetime.
The best tip I can give is this: Determine how long you would like to go and then add at least three more nights. You won’t be disappointed; Nalu Hale is pure paradise.
